Not good

It looked like it was falling apart.There were people living there with their dogs.It was not clean things were not working in.The bed was the most uncomfortable thing i've ever slept on

It was good

Bed frame was conpletely broken on 1 of the 2 beds. The room was dirty,blood on the box spring. Holes in the wall paint peeled. Bathroom door was completely broken. One of the lamps had no bulb. Also no toilet paper. We didn't even stay

It's in complete disrepair.

Staff was great 😃 room was good like the new kitchens they have put in only thing was the floor definitely needs to be touched up.

Staff was extremely nice to me. Nice and quiet. There are rarely any kinda loud issues around here and very affordable even with a kitchenette.

This is the worst hotel ever don't come here stay away, staff & management were rude there is black mold growing on the walls, the refrigerators are filthy & when I checked in 2 nights ago they gave me a room that wasn't even cleaned yet, it's extremely unhygienic.

This is not the kind of hotel you should stay in. Room reeked of cigarettes, mold in the shower, saggy bed, scribblings on the walls. But the price was right. I guess you get what you pay for.

The lady Chris is very rude. It’s a whole family gig there and the mom daughter and husband work as staff. There is bugs that’s why there changing a lot of stuff

Non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, stains on chairs, floor, walls. Bed was awful with the mattress springs poking me all night long, 3 tiny pillows for a king-sized bed. When i checked out, the morning clerk was screaming at another guest for daring to ask for weekly housekeeping. When i stepped outside to get my uber, i was accosted by a guy who wouldnt leave me alone. The only positive was that the night clerks were very good.

So it had gnats in the room when i first entered the room, the bathroom had a indent in the floor in the door way, but they immediately took care of the gnats, also they were already in the process of repairing the floor, but the beds were comfortable, the staff was grade A, overall it was a 4 out of 5 a comfortable stay

With the price of a room, you get bug free, cleanliness is better than par.

I love it is very nice and lay back. That no one ever bothers you. Housekeeping is very polite.

Not a safe place ! Drugs being used as well as sold I’m guessing. Prostitution also a concern. Stained mattresses, sheets that don’t even fit the size of the bed. These are only a things. Please stay away if you have children. It is my intention to look into who owns this place and turn them in to the state of Michigan. This place should be cleaned up or closed. An honest review by a middle-aged woman.

Let’s start with going into the room. Decent wasn’t too bad. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting luxury. Well the lamp on the wall doesn’t work so lighting for working from home was not that great. Holes on the bathroom door wall - not a big deal it didn’t bother me but definitely think it should have been fixed. The stove did not work so there goes that. The flies were very very annoying. In the kitchen in the bathroom. Couldnt eat my food in peace or leave a can of drink open. Mentioned it to housekeeping who actually fixed the fire alarm beeping but no one ever came back. The worst of it all- for NIGHTS I was getting bites all over me but couldn’t find anything - and then long behold wake up the day before I have to leave with a bed bug on my bed. Bites on my butt cheek my ankles my hands my back my face even my head. & when I told them - they offered me another room (appreciated that) but at that point I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in that room - but I had to check in to the other room since I had to finish working - toilet doesn’t flush. I just left and checked into another hotel. Never again will I stay at a knights inn. Oh and when I asked housekeeping for extra towels - I checked in for 10 nights - they give me 1 hand and 1 wash cloth. Smh

Not well cleaned prior to arrival. Not well maintained in the room itself. Property is run down.

I really like my stay it's very quiet and the mananager and owner and the staff are very helpful and kind

My stay at Knights Inn Flint was awful. The room was dirty and smelled terrible — like old smoke and mildew. The carpets were stained, and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Everything felt run-down and poorly maintained. I couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone.
