Excellent environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean linen with all the conveniences. Good bathroom and shower. Basement parking is excellent. Nice decor and very spacious with plenty of light. Will always return here.

Very disappointed this time as we usually stay in same room, however terrible smell of cigarette smoke .Staff vet accommodating and moved us to another room. Just a little note to add, we found the water was only just warm, usually have never had issues with the water always been nice and hot . Must say the staff are fantastic, they now exactly what you need. Love the staff xxxxxxxx

The bed was hard, the road noise was loud and the decor a little dated. It's not bad, just very average. The price was acceptable, but I won't stay here again due to the bed.

It is so nice to arrive and the staff still know you by name, and they even know what room number you like stay in. Great location .

Very convienent, friendly service desk and resturant. Room had everything we needed. No fuss checkin and depature.

Floor hadn't been vacuumed and was dirty and had a potato chip on the ground. Hole in wall covered by a photo frame. What looked like blood on the curtain. Bed sheets were clean however as was bathroom

The Golden Pebble was close to our son and friends we wanted to visit. We like staying at the Golden Pebble as it is comfy and close to people we love.

Lovely staff, room was spacious and clean

Building in general was dirty, windows, lifts and carpets in the reception area where disgusting. Walls, curtains and floors in the apartment we had been given was so dirty, this making us feel very unhygienic and uncomfortable to the stage I wanted to leave and asked for our money back. I went to the reception, and they showed me 2 other rooms to consider. I accepted one on level 2 (212) it was a lot cleaner, and we relocated to this room for our stay. Will not be returning.
