Room not like in pictures hair in the sink and bath they took about 30 minutes to open the door because I get late nite I don't feel the price I pay for the service I got please do something about it

My only issue is that Trivago's promotional price was not respected. Pools and facilities in general are nice and well maintained. You need to specifically ask for room cleaning/resuply or it won't happen, but the staff is always very nice and helpful. Kids loved the place.

One night stay. Owner very hospitable and she cooked an excellent meal. Large grounds but felt neglected. There were too many areas to maintain. Room was basic but comfortable. Hotel sited on edge of small town with not mech to see. Hotel surrounded by high wall and was secure.

A great place to expend with family specially if there's children with you. They have a lot games for the little ones and a nice playground. The hotels needs some updates in some fields but is a great place overall.

Not at all what the photos show. It is way out of town; probably at one time the hotel was nice, but we were one of two people staying there. The pool is shallow but cool/refreshing and long enough to do short laps. Rooms were very clean, that's the best I can say.

Publicidad engañosa, hotel sucio, dentro de un terreno con otras casas, alberca sucia y pequeña, ubicación escondida con tramos de terracería. Zona poco segura Nada que ver con las fotos no aguante ni medio día ahí horrible experiencia

Me encantó todo solamente la alberca deberían de limpiarla o ponerle las sustancias para que se vea limpia y fumigar había muchas hormigas me estuvieron bailando la cara 😅 Pero muy amable todo el personal es muy recomendable para pasar un buen fin de semana

No me fue posible llegar el camino es malo y muy mal pavimento si vas en carro bajo o deportivo, mejor no vallas,no es posible hacceder al sitio,tratamos pero nos fue imposible,y el aspecto de la zona era malo.

La alberca de una de las fotos simplemente no existe. Está abandonada y con fauna nociva

Es curioso que hayan elegido loseta cafe, pareciera que el agua esta sucia, pero la verdad esta en muy buenas condiciones, el area de alberca de arriba requiere atencion en la limpieza, hay bancas que requieren mantenimiento y el piso estaba muy sucio , ademas de una hielera llena de basura

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, es buena opción si solo es para llegar a dormir, no es un espacio de recreación o descanso.
