The good price came with cockroaches and stained sheets. The 1st room we had baby cockroaches in the bathroom. We asked for a different room and once we opened the door and turned on the light there were cockroaches in this room as well. I told the guy at the front desk that I wanted my money back and he said he couldn’t do that. He took us to another room this time on the 2nd floor. No bugs, but stained sheets, the mattress pad underneath had stains, there were holes in the blanket. The smoke detector beeped all night. There was a hole in the wall.

We were asked if we were “staying over”. We were not. We were confirmed on paper to check out by noon not 11am.

The front desk employees are nice.

Room was not clean, linen had soiled spots. Our garbage was not removed on day 2 and we were questioned while asking for towels for the room which had not been replaced.

The microwave didn't work and theywere very rude to me and didn't even try to fix it while i was there

Service was bad from the start. I booked a room with a kitchenette, however I was given a room without one. When I went to the office to explain that I booked a room with a kitchenette the attendant tried to tell me that’s not what my reservation says, so I show him my reservation on my phone. He then puts me in a dirty room with a bigger fridge but no stove. I basically paid for something I didn’t get and wasn’t reimbursed for the difference in cost. I will never stay here again!!!!!

Nasty and trash all over the property and the rooms are just as filthy

It was an overnight work stay for me . It was adequate for my needs . I have nothing to complain about , I wanted an inexpensive stay and that’s what I received . It’s a decent place to stay .

If your appliances broke they make you haul the good one to a different room and will not give refunds

Rooms are dated and old and not habitable. The smell from mold lingering made it very hard to breath. Also pulled the blanket back and sheets were dirty and roaches under the sheets. It is not something even worthy of a stop over. The amount of drug addicts hanging out made us feel very insecure. We stayed 2 hours and left. I’m starting to notice if you book through a third party such as hotels.com and others that the hotels give you the worst rooms.
