Had three very pleasant nights. Hotel restaurant is excellent with a good variety of options. Hotel staff excellent. Hotel room had a very nice view of Thiruvananthapuram itself. Very good value considering rate, however because the hotel is new many of the rickshaw drivers do not know its location - They may need a little help despite the hotels very central location.

The location is very convenient, close to shopping area n some nice restaurants. The staff were helpful and kind. However, the internet was slow and unstable. The bathroom in our room was leaking (not serious ) n had some unpleasant smells. For us, it was an ok stay coz the room rates were not high.

My daughter and niece stayed there for two nights - I was pleasantly surprised that they did not report any inconvenience or problems, which in itself is a big compliment.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good and shower worked OK.

We were due to only stay a couple of nights, but extended our stay. We were both very ill with the flu, which had nothing to do with the hotel, we caught the bug on the flight over. As the hotel room was very clean and comfortable, we extended and recovered! A lovely stay. Close to shops and hotels that do have bars if you wanted an alcoholic beverage. We eat in the restaurant a few times and were always happy with the meal. We would recommend this hotel whilst staying in Trivandrum.

Only hotel in Kerala / Tamil Nadu we weren't helped with our luggage. Struggled to squeeze in with our bags past the cars parked right up to the doors. Daytime reception staff unwelcoming, unfriendly & disinterested. Housekeeping trolley unattended in hall with labelled room keys on show. Bed sheets so stained we slept in our sleep sheets. Took 3 calls to reception to get a single toilet roll for the bathroom. Evening staff a bit friendlier. Noisy night's sleep as rooms not soundproofed. Hard to get breakfast, but morning staff friendlier. Gave us another guest's bill on checkout.

Good hotel, Well located, friendly manager and staff

I enjoyed my stay at the Town Tower Hotel. The room was comfortable and where we were wifi was good. There were some stains on the bedding, but they were clean. Front desk staff were nice enough, but the man who was asked to take us up to the room was rude (huffed when he was asked) and treated us like some kind of attraction, calling out to restaurant staff to take a look at us and laughing. He didn't even acknowledge us and just opened the door and walked away. Thankfully I only saw him one other time when asking for the WiFi password - he laughed at me then, too. It put me off using their services, but when I had breakfast in the restaurant on our last day, the staff were lovely. Other than the strange man, the hotel is pretty good for the price.

The hotel was close to everything...its in the center of the city. The staffs are exceptionally good although I had argument with one staff Mr. Shibin however it was total misunderstanding and he apologized professionally. The staffs are very helpful, they would go out of their ways to meet your request. Was extremely happy with the service and the room. Facility is basic and meets the hotel standards. Would surely stay again!

This property is not all good for family and is not keeping any standard in service. There was only one room boy to service full property and the floor was stinking form phenol. The bread served at break fast was hard like a brick.

It's a new hotel in the midst of the city. Very near to the central bus stand and railway station. Also, the famed padmanabha swamy temple is nearby. The room was clean and was comfortable by all standards. Even the bathroom was well maintained and built to the international standards. Only problem I faced was that hot water was not available for taking bath with. So had to do with Normal water.Since it was Summer time that was ok. But, it would be very bad if hot water is not available during winter season.Anyway's i am still going with 4...because of the well maintained room and bathroom.

エレベーターから降りようとすると従業員が先に乗り込んでくる。それが複数回別々の従業員であり、自分の業務だけ優先かとあきれた。 朝食が7時30分からとなっているがしばらくたってからレストランに行っても準備中だった。ナイフ、フォーク、スプーンもいちいち要求しないともってこない。コンチネンタルでもトースト以外はインドカレーだけだった。 翌日も同じ時刻にレストランに行ったが今度は各テーブルにナイフ、フォーク、スプーンがあらかじめおいてあった。しかし メニューは前日と同じだった。

Nous sommes resté qu'une nuit mais tout le personnel croisé était gentil et avait le soucis de bien nous servir, chambre propre et lit confortable. Un hôtel pour les voyageurs à petit budget et les travailleurs,

Ich bin Inder lebe aber seit über dreißig Jahre in Deutschland es ist ein sehr gut geführtes sehr sauberes hHotel im Stadtzentrum gelegen . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist ebenfalls Spitze . ich werde wieder kommen

Ser att problemet rättat till sig för när vi bokade vår vistelse måste två hotell blivit synkade och i tron om att boka det andra hamnade vi på detta. Vi kände oss lurade.
