Friendly staff, Very clean room Bath tub (excellent) Much nicer than I thought it would be for such an inexpensive room

The hotel is good, only the air conditioning was making a bad noise that made it difficult to sleep.

Will never stay here again.

When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00. I had to bring my luggage from satires three flight down, no help. They promised to offer 20% discount which till date no offered. My faith in Expedia is shaken, it seems Expedia just getting commission but not taking its responsibility to ensure the facilities are up to mark and have basic amenities like power generator backup to deal with outages like this. Horrible experience.

The rooms are very simple, but they have what you need. The very best part of this hotel are legitimately the staff. They're all excellent. On multiple occassions they have went above and beyond for me and I am extremely grateful for that. The hotel is definitely quirky, but over all of definitely recommend it to those who don't mind odd conversations with fellow temporary-residents, a small fridge and enjoy having a good staff behind them to help them with what they need. The location is good, because we have a multitude of things available to us. McDonald, Wendy's, Timmies, Swiss Chalet, Harvey's, multiple gas stations that sell alcohol, Kelsey's and even a 24 hour subway. The hotel itself has a decent vending selection and allows pets. 3 star room with 10 star staff.

The room was dated. The room needed a deep clean. The only pros were the bed was firm and the sheets were clean. The power went out during the night. I checked if surrounding businesses had no power but everything else had power. I had to leave without being able to shower. I thought about asking for a discount but can't imagine how that would work without power.

The elevator was broken. The ice machines weren't working. We had to be switched to a different room as the TV wasn't working along withe phone. In the second room the TV was wasn't working properly and the phone didn't work. THE ONE light over one of the beds was flickering. Not a really good experience

When I arrived there was no power. There was someone sitting in the dark behind the counter. He told me he could not check me in nor confirm my reservation. I went and got another room at another hotel.

Room was clean and tidy.

Check in was the best part. The pricing was really good, however the room was not all that. There were 2 elevators but only 1 working one. There are only 3 floors so no big deal for me. The tv kept losing signal, so it kept cutting in and out. The mattress seemed well loved meaning there was a body groove from previous use, there was no way to avoid it. Location wise it was easy to get to, lots of food spots and gas in the area. Lots of parking. Again, check in was great and the staff member who checked me in was very personable. Oh also dog friendly so was very nice to see some puppers coming in and out.

If you simply need a roof over your head, this is convenient off the 401. It was pet friendly which is why we chose it and the dog didn't mind at all. It is nothing special but did the trick for the weekend.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly during my stay. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

The hallways smelled terrible of marijuhana. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were dated but still clean and comfortable. All and all I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 due to good prices.

The Ice machine was leaking all weekend causing a patron to fall. There were no extra pillows or blankets. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillow cases smelled musty. The pillows felt like cut up foam and not easy to sleep on. This particular branch in the chain was very disappointing as we always stay with Motel 6 when travelling but will not stay here again unless there are major updates done to this hotel.

Location and cost were perfect.
