Beautiful property and hotel room. Really enjoyed the pools, saunas, and even got a massage! Can’t wait to go back in the future!!

Comfortable hotel, great service and a beautiful lake view. Pool and Gym great and food excellent

Family run hotel but owners made me feel like I was an inconvenience. $650 for 2 nights turned into $900 when they messed up during check in and decided to charge $250 on check out. Room was spacious but dated and furniture frayed. Bathroom was updated. Ceiling in room was covered with splattered bug guts. I counted at least 20. No temperature control in room. Spa was ok but was told to save on energy only 2 of 5 sauna/steams were turned on. For the money - these owners need to make available all services they advertise. Do t be fooled by the pictures the views are ok but they need to cut down 2 trees that block view from in the outdoor pool. Breakfast was continental with cold eggs and odd tasting bacon. Decent selection but still a glorified continental breakfast. Bottom Line: I would avoid this hotel. It’s certainly not a 4-star experience. This is a 3-star hotel because of its spa but I give it a 2-star due to the level of service received. There are plenty of other hotels to stay at and I would strongly encourage you to explore other options.

I loved everything about this place - perfect location to relax for a week

Loved the family-run atmosphere. Unfortunately, no A/C and the fan provided was noisy. Also, we booked accommodations for a party of 3 via Expedia and received a confirmation. However, the hotel charged us an extra 30 Swiss Francs for the third person…beyond what we had already paid via Expedia for triple occupancy. This was not right.

It was great staying and i would like to back to this place for sure in future

We were late informed at check in that the wellness area required 2G+ which cost us a lengthy trip into Lucerne Center for a PCR test. At checkout they tried to charge us for a very expensive breakfast, which we never had.

Great overnight stay with the family. The spa was surprisingly nice and catered for all our needs. Will recommend it for anybody seeking a nice spa break.

Staff are friendly, clean and nice rooms. Spa area was smaller than expected but was new and almost empty. Food was very tasty.

You can't get enough of a morning view of the lake, hills and mountains at this hotel. Although, it rained all day during one of our nights here, the hotel had an atmosphere were you don't feel guilty of staying in and just relaxing. The thermal bath was definitely the main attraction during our stay (especially for our 4 year old daughter).

Located in a nice and secluded place. It is quite and calm. The hotel itself is an old-style building but the service was very good. Facilities such as sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor infinity pool (there is also a small indoor pool shaped like half-moon) are really great and top-notch. For the price, it is excellent. The small downside is the WiFi connection which is quite weak (we got a room at the end of the corridor so it may have contributed to the poor signal).

Wonderful stay, gorgeous setting. Truly an amazing place.

Stunning location right on the lake. Amazing indoor and outdoor pools with unreal views. Delicious restaurant, very attentive and friendly staff. Awesome rooms. Weggis is a wonderful town with a non tourist feeling to it.

More like a 3 star but rooms are very spacious. Restaurant is not bad. Facilities could be more well maintained.

Nice hotel next to the lake. Could definitely offer a more generous breakfast, but staff in restaurant was very good and professional.

Lovely family run hotel near to the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel was difficult to fault. Tremendous food in the restaurant with a wide choice. Buffet breakfast was a delight on a balcony overlooking the lake. The road outside was very quiet and there is a small underground carpark. If this fills up there is a public carpark free to use.
