Stay amazing Hotel incredible Staff on point

Very nice hotel. 8 to 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Loved our stay, peaceful, clean and beautiful! Location was perfect for us too.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful pool. Had many delicious meals in the restaurant. Staff were amazing. Everything is clean and well maintained.

The entire staff was so accommodating and hospitable. The property is beautiful and is in a perfect location, very close to either beach or city center. Highly recommend!

Spotless room, courteous staff, warm pool, great view of the ocean from both our room and the restaurant.

The room was fine except there was no mini refrigerator available. This is a major drawback. Furthermore, the Sky Satellite TV had limited channels of interest ( ie, no NHL hockey). The lighting was very poor, in fact much too dark to even allow reading a book. There's almost no shade around the swimming pool and the lounge chairs were hard and very uncomfortable. WE WILL NOT RETURN.

If you want accommodation in la Crucecita but still want to feel like you are away from town, Princess Mayev is the best location. This is an older hotel. The rooms however, are a good size. The pool is a very nice size. Everything is clean. The food in the attached restaurant is very good and the service is excellent. You can easily walk to and from the centre of town or take the taxi. You are within walking distance of both Chahue and Santa Cruz beaches. We walked almost everywhere, including Tangalonga bay. We are in our mid 60s so you can walk every where too! I would not hesitate to stay at Princess Mayev for the location alone.

Great hotel, good value. The hotel is very clean, staff is really good, the pool is excellent. Restaurant is good, a little over priced. People with mobility issues may have a problem, lots of stairs, no elevators. Coffee machine and fridge in room would be a good idea. Ice machine was broken while we were there, but got ice from bar. Also, the lightning is not the best around hotel. Overall, had a great stay, plan to return there next year. I do recommend this hotel.
