Cleanee and update rooms and common ateas

This property is overall very nice. My only real complaint was the quality of the internet. Very, very slow and sometimes non existent. If you plan on working on the computer while you are here, better to find a restaurant that has Wi Fi.

Clean room and parking

We picked Choice Hotels as we expected similar experiences to previous. No hot water over a 12 hour period, no available ice, and parking was on street and not secure at all. One person on the desk. While staff was very friendly and helpful, they were unable to action anything as only 1 staff on.

There was remodeling in the entire hotel, early in the morning there was banging, drilling, hammering, etc. I was put in an old room, no hand towels, dirty mirror, dirty floor. I had to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another hotel close by.

We found a cockroach in the room

Very clean very nice people but far away from the airport. Low stars cuz the pool is not available

This property was under construction when we arrived. Front entrance was awkward and dirty because of construction We had to pets that added another 700 peso’s to our bill. We expected a pet fee that that is the most we have ever paid in our travelling around Mexico. The parking attendant asked us to buy him coffee for keeping our car safe. It wasn’t a great experience. The room had 1 little bar of soap. 2 shower towels and I hand towel. 1 bottle of complimentary water in the room. No Kleenex no coffee. And breakfast would have cost us another 400 pesos. As o said it was a poor experience for sure!

Unable to sleep due to noise at property right outside my room. Almost like some people were having a party al the way to almost 5 am.

Nice property.

It may just have been Christmas parties but the hotel and area were noisy all night. All the rest average and they are pet friendly and didn’t charge us extra for the dog.

Was quiet and decent bed! Needs better pillows and the pool was not clean but wasn’t planning to use it anyways. Staff were fantastic

Ubicación, that all

Fairly large room and shower bath the hotel is a little tired but the sheets and bedding were clean water was hot. Most of the staff spoke very little English so know some Spanish When you go. It's a bit pricey for the hotel and area. But there were conventions in the area so I'm sure the price was inflated
