The hotel staff was very friendly, and the facility itself was clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the pool is located in the center of the hotel, so the noise from guests using the pool carries directly into the rooms. It can get quite loud throughout the day and evening, which made it difficult to fully relax at times. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

All very good, except the breakfast

Everything was great, just know there is not a lot of parking available, but other than that good stay!

El agua caliente nunca salió en mi regadera y lo comente en recepción, pero no logre que bañarme confortablemente. Tiene pocos lugares de estacionamiento

No tiene puerta el baño y se tira mucha agua hacia afuera al bañarte

Well, I didn’t like. The parking is in the street Somebody Broke My glass the back window en my Car my RAV4 so they say nobody see anything. The security outside didn’t see anything the cameras Ididn’t see anything so that was very bad experience. I would never come back because the parking is the street and they’re not responsible the car. It’s outside.

This place is amazing to rest and enjoy for vacation. And time to relax! Good location everything is near.

Our room had a really bad sewage smell.

Desayuno muy bien y las condiciones en general del hotel son excelentes.

There was no hot water on the last night we stayed, checked out a day early still was charged for the extra night

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel located in hotel district. Very limited parking, even with hotel not booked at capacity. Unable to take hot shower during evening. Water only luke warm. By am it was hot again. Elevator was not working. My room was on third floor. This could’ve been an issue had I had more limited mobility.
