The staff was really nice and helpful. There is some street noise but only in the morning. Some smells are coming from the shower drain. But everything else was ok, the rooms are clean.

Hotel Raul is a nice quiet hotel with a restaurant that is not open on Mondays. Our room was comfortable, the internet very good, hot water but low water pressure in the shower. We had a balcony that looked out over the street and the mountains were visible in the distance. Sun rise if you happen to get up early enough is a very pretty sight. it is a few blocks walk to the bus terminal, great restaurants and the beautiful historical part of the city.. There is a pool in the back with a slide and a cute area for children. A beautiful rose garden area is part of this hotel with a larger area of green grass and tables to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. Parking is off the road and in the back of the hotel quiet amble. A pleasant surprise is the singing of the birds that come home in the in the evening to rest in the bamboo grove that is at the back of the parking lot. Each floor has a balcony type area that you can sit at to look out over the pool and the garden.

Bed was a bit hard but overall very clean , AC work great very hot water for the showers

I have stayed here a few times, it is centrally located, there's free parking, the food is excellent. Ricardo was especially helpful at the front desk.

Clean efficient smaller rooms. A well maintained hotels. Rooms are not large but the price is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Javier at the front desk was particularly helpful. They have a nice breakfast!
