The staff were friendly; otherwise, this is the worst "hotel" I have ever been to in my life. The entire building is VERY dark. The room has a single mini-light above the bathroom, and the shower is completely dark and has zero lights. The worst part is the bugs and dust. As soon as I entered the room, within 5 minutes, I had a major asthma episode. I looked at the AC, and it was choked full of dust, and even the room corners not only had dust but massive spiderwebs. The TV was also broken in the center. Within minutes, I went downstairs, showed the staff the videos, and told them to cancel my 14-day stay. They returned the key deposit, then told me to contact app for the refund, which I did, but the hotel is completely ignoring contact with app to refund the money.

Good accommodation, reasonable price, good location near the MRT, restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Overall, it's considered good.

Why paint the room dark, gloomy, and scary? The colors look old, like a haunted abandoned hotel. Why not paint it white to make it look clean, new, and inviting?

1. The security guard at the front of the hotel stood there without telling me where the parking was. 2. The room was very old. 3. All the equipment, including the curtains, hot water, and bathroom door, was broken. 4. The lighting was insufficient. 5. The price was unreasonable.

The hotel is quite scary, stuffy, not recommended for a single woman. The room is very dark, dark to the max. Before, the bed was very itchy, the air conditioner was not very cool, one time was enough.

Don't choose here, the service is not good. My watch was left in the room and was not returned.

very old hotel,the room are very old and the night are very noisy and loud shoutings from the nexdoors tourists,the hotel staffs do nothing about thats. we me and my wife are not sleep at all! Broken toilet seat and cover,dirty room wall,don't have watercooker to make coffee,one towel,i am booking the room for 2pers. the hall way are very messy and uncare. The foreigners are very noisy and shameless shouting durings sex. my conclusion are stay away from this hotel...very bad. Mrt trainstation are not nearby,to the Mrt station you needs walk around 15minutes or you can take motorbike taxi. This the last time that will book this hotel again,the past was not bad at all!

The staff are not friendly and not helpful. Checked in late at night at 1:00 AM. Didn't know in advance that the key card deposit had to be paid in cash. Didn't have any cash with me, so asked for a transfer. The staff refused and insisted on cash only. There was no other way to help. Had to walk to find an ATM in the middle of the night to withdraw money. The room was very small, especially the bathroom, which was very narrow and had a musty smell. The bed was small and the seat was hard. The toilet didn't flush.
