Receptionist was on site when we arrived and they were super helpful. Room was clean and exactly how it was described. Great location as well.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean, and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. A small fridge was available in the room and it also had a large shared kitchen for guests to use. Overall an excellent hotel, would highly recommend. We were never sent a code to get into the hotel nor was there a code sent to get into the room. There are no staff on site. Make sure you get a code. We arrived at midnight and luckily found a number to call where someone was able to help us. That was our only issue. We loved staying here!!!!!! Rooms are small but great. Bed was comfortable! Close to everything! Please note there is no elevator so if you can't do stairs especially stairs and luggage get a main floor suite!

No snacks or water bottles on property. Make sure you book a king suite as “double” suite bed not much bigger than a single bed so quite Uncomfortable for 2 people. Shower stall (with clear glass) directly in bedroom so if you want privacy inquire about room first because you won’t get privacy. But

The place was beautiful and clean. There was an issue with check-in as we booked through Expedia which the property said they didn’t share my contact information with the Property so they had no way to send me the codes to get in the doors. We were fortunate as we arrive at 10:55pm and the entrance way phone “receptionist” said he was just on his way out for the night. He gave us codes for the main door and bedroom door but when we arrived to the third floor where our room was the code didn’t work. He left me a number to call for emergencies so we called it and they were able to provide us with a new code. The bed in Room 10 is extremely firm but I can sleep on a board so it didn’t affect me but glad my husband wasn’t with me. The walls are only made of drywall with no insulation so you hear people chatting in the halls like they are in your room. Probably typical of an old building. I love how close it was to everything. You could walk everywhere from the Château. It was the vintage experience my daughter and I were looking for to celebrate her 16th birthday. I wish there would have been a mini fridge in the room as my daughter and I both have food restrictions/allergies. Overall, good experience for the deal we got through Expedia!

There was a young man from Maison Kent who helped us take our luggage from Kent to the Chateau. We had to leave our luggage at Maison Kent because there was no holding area for luggage at Chateau and there were No reception/people. We were put on 3rd floor with no elevator and it was a chore to carry up our luggage

Hôtel parfait, propreté irréprochable, il y a maintenant un acceuil humain c'est mieux que l'ancien système avec les boites à clefs. Hôtel situé à 5 mn du Saint Laurent (après avoir pris le funiculaire pour descendre), vraiment excellent séjour !
