The view from room is really stunning though the interior was not same as the picture. The room’s exhaust fan is broken, they have sent someone to take a look and he said he would come back but he didn't and no staffs had sent feedback to us until we checked out. It really closes to the Patong attraction area and near some convenient stores

The accommodation is on the edge of Patong, not crowded. Good for resting There are motorbikes for rent in front of the hotel, very convenient.

The hotel is comfortable, near the beach, the pool is being repaired, so swimming is not allowed.

This hotel by far is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staffs were not helpful and even hostile to us. When we ask for information, they didn't help us at all. What's ridiculous is that the housekeeping is only open during office hours! So you cannot request anything in the evening, even when there is an emergency. When we stated our frustrations (we went back to our room at night after a day tour and asked for a towel for our extra bed which they failed to provide) they raised their voice back at us. I have never been treated this way, even by a no-star hotel in a smaller town than Phuket! On our last day when it was time to check out, they called us up on our room just to say "It's time for you to check out." And hung up. I do not think they have any manners at all. They treat the guests like enemies. Even the amenities in the room were weird. The aircond is a huge 3PK aircon facing the bed. The shower were malfunctioning and there was an exhaust fan frame, but there was no ON switch. I guess a lot of this hotel's amenities are mere decoration. Such a waste of a good location.

All rooms are well equipped with kitchenette, bathtub, balcony, but there is no parking at the hotel. Find the parking by the way.

Can I give more stars please? This hotel was beyond my expectation. It looks deceivingly run down outside, but when enter your room you are suddenly warped into a 5 star looking hotel! Huge room with a bathtub looking out onto the ocean. The rooftop pool was a bonus, the pool does need a little renovating, but the view was fantastic. Ordered room service and brought it up to the pool for a quiet morning. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Phuket!

The hotel is located on Patong Beach in a very good location. The beach is clean, the sea is clear, the rooms are well decorated, the sea view is very nice. The rooftop of the hotel has a swimming pool, which is not large. But it is enough. And sea view in the pan. Friendly and courteous staff. Impressive everything.
