Good location, extremely helpful staff. I arrived midnight due to a flight delay and they could accommodate my request for a late night meal and to top it they even gave me a free upgrade to a larger room than what I had booked.

the stay was comfortable , I found price a bit higher as compare to my past stay in same hotel . the local area it just ok ,

No hot water when I was there but supposed to be. Checkout lengthy and prolonged. Otherwise OK. Reasonable location and price.

The hotel is small but comfortable. Good service, the restaurant attached has a good menu (both Indian and non-Indian food), reasonably priced. The window in my room was quite small, and it was a bit noisy from the street, which is typical in India. Around 10 minute walk to Maidan.

My worst choice so far on Hotels.com In a nutshell, an unprofessional establishment certainly not fit the star rating it carries. Too pricey for what it offers. The nearby Aauris Hotel for the same price range is far far superior. Never Again

Close to shops and Victoria Monument. Hotel was clean and restaurant food was good. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Positive : 1) Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. 2) Hotel rooms are clean. 3) Complementary breakfast was very good, with varieties of items. Needs improvements : Bathroom seems to be a little smaller, specifically the shower area.

I enjoyed stay at the hotel ....Staff were very good.Even though i had to leave early in the morning around 4:30 ,hotel staff made sure to pack breakfast and hand over to me.

R reasonably comfortable although room 314 has blinded window not allowing any exterior view. Room size ok, with twin beds. Area without interest and absolutely nothing to see nowhere to eat. Minto Park is a small noisy one with hidden entrances and as dirty as the rest of city. hotel's restaurant is average to good but quite expensive thanks to governmental accumulation of taxes. l

Great customer service and friendly staff

If someone wants to stay in patkstreet area this is okay or else should go for other hotels in salt lake side WHR we will get better hotels for the amount we paid.

It is not a 4 star as claimed , would at the most be a 3 star category.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and found that the hotel management & stuff are very nice and helpful. I had to extend my booking and I didn't know how many days exactly. The hotel manager let me extend my booking without any confirmed checkout date.

Can't beat this hotel. Excellent price, clean room, wonderful staff, fresh delicious and FREE breakfast. Walking distance to Park St, Victoria Memorial, and St. Paul's Cathedral. I would definitely stay here again.
