The location is good because in the Pratunam area even though it is a bit into the alley but it doesn't matter the hotel feels Indian because those who have Indians at that price are very worth it.

Dissatisfied with feeling the 3-star standard without a hair dryer, no brushing, no hair brush, etc.

Pratunam market location, the average price, however most dissatisfied is no toothpaste, no toothpaste, no hair dryer, compared to the 3-star standard is not worthy

I am satisfied with the money, the hotel is right in the center, but the hotel does not provide full personal services like on TVLK: no combing hair, no hair dryer, no toothpaste , ... this is extremely losing points for me and my group, if to be chosen to return, I will choose another hotel that does not clean the room (we stayed for 2 nights), but instead of drinking water

First come order a room for 3 people, only 2 people are provided. Strategic location but in the market so it is less convenient. The mattress is really hard, it really makes the body sick. Hotel people can't help complaining about hot water, but can't help, it's just to check what you're doing. Really small room. Worst hotel i ever stay :(

I spent 1 night there. It was extremely awful. The bathroom was so dirty and stinky. And the room was too dark. I could hear all the noise from the hall and elevator and even the sound from other rooms. The thing that pissed me off the most is that I had booked an extra bed and I had paid for it.But they told me they would give us the matress . Especially the receptionist seemed indifferent

I sent the bag back to my friend, received it and said it was ok. The next day my friend came and said yes and no. When I called the exam, I remembered I gave my bag but I found it now. But when I found it, I still forced my friend to come to the warehouse to find it. When receiving the luggage for guests that fly now takes no apology but the attitude is still uncomfortable. It was really frustrating & the hotel luggage safety was very poor

Must pay 300 baht per day for extra person (not for extra bed!!!). Never found regulation like that. Must beware of travel agents scam around the hotel. Better use grab car/taxi to go everywhere.

I waited for them to clean the room to check in, they delayed my check-in time without any apologize.

The hotel is okay, clean, along the hotel road there are lots of delicious and cheap food. This hotel is recommended. Unfortunately I did not have time to take photos of the hotel room. Check-in without a deposit and the check-in process is easy.

Very recommended close if you want to go everywhere the service is really okay.

The location is really strategic for shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful, close to the airport link. If there is not much luggage, you can walk. From the airport the link goes down itself. After getting off the airport link, go straight right and turn right (if you turn left to cross the highway), walk next to the railroad tracks, just follow the tracks. There will be a small alley going in there. Rooms are not soundproofed rooms, so if the neighbors are noisy, definitely can't sleep.

I have had 4 nights at the festival to be ok, livery, safe to go. Enthusiastic staff. Very pleased

The hotel is near the market, convenient for shopping at night, but the room is too old. Need to invest and improve again!

Pictures not the same with the real one. The real room is dark with old carpet, bed is hard but clean enough. The lobby looks good, with lights and look like a modern hotel, but once you reach the room, you will disappointed, the furniture are old and the TV channel is very bad. Breakfast has not many choices and the taste is so so. Check in process is very slow, they asked me to wait until 2p.m as it's a check in time, so I waited at the lobby. But when it's 2p.m already, they said the room still not ready, and the reason is it's weekend and many guests did late check out. I understand that, but they not only have some rooms right? The thing that made me angry is, other guest's room is ready first before me, while I'm the one who waited first. I can't believe.
