Excellent place to stay, room was great and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Breakfast menu good and wholesome. All staff and at all times were excellent. Room clean but shower was not cleaned properly around door sliders, and mouldy sealant around especially bottom edges of shower tray. Toilet seat was loose as something had either come loose or broken. A socket next to bedside cabinet broken so not working. Building very close to park and walking so very good position.

Clean and comfortable room though the decor could do with a little freshen up here and there. Free water and toiletries etc topped up every day. Good choice at breakfast. Plenty of car park space with security cameras. Staff friendly and helpful.

Food was good, bit too much noise from the road and the beer garden. Staff were obviously very busy but doing their best.

Everything. The staff were welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast is amazing as is the bar menu (the pies are magnificent). A little gem in Yeovil and one to which we will return.

The thing that made the Pen Mill Hotel so good was the fantastic staff! Nothing was too much trouble and we had a really nice time.

An excellent stay with brilliant food and brilliant staff Only one slight niggle was the lack of sound insulation between room 8 and 7

My room was spotless ,staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bed was a dream,meals were perfection,breakfast was of the highest quality,it was christmas party time so extremely busy but that did not take away from the service of staff ,well done to all the staff amazing

Excellent service from all the staff and the food is amazing with good quality ingredients. Room was ok, but got very warm even though i turned the radiator off.

This was my second stay and as before the hotel, the pub and the staff were excellent!

A really great experience from checking in to leaving the following morning. This hotel is well worth staying at if you are in the area, you will not regret it.

Everything was superb

The room was just great, It was lovely and warm. The food was to die for, more than you could eat. Well worth a visit if it was only the food. You have to book a table, it gets busy.

Nice rooms although small. Shame the rooms facing the road do not have any sound-proofing

Kind, courteous staff. Very knowledgeable about the hotel and local area. Comfy, clean rooms and a super comfy bed. Hot, powerful shower with plenty of towels provided. 2x small bottles of water in the room was a lovely tiuch.

The room, the bed, the bathroom and the breakfast were all good or very good. Car parking included. Staff pleasant and helpful. Easy walk into the centre of Yeovil. The only negative was that the hotel is on a fairly busy road, so you are aware of traffic noise
