The hotel is in need of refreshment. Carpets dirty and worn . Showers have cracker tiles and yellowing grout . Food is very poor

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night of my recent trip to Tunisia, and this hotel was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were friendly, food was nice and also the beach was amazing and the hotel also had 4 pools in total which allowed plenty of room to chill out in.

The hotel is beautiful! From the lounge to our room, to the poolside and the beach, it makes a difference for an adult only hotel. Now, when I say adult, the average age range seemed to be around 45+, therefore I did not see as many late night activities happening and things seem to shut down early. This is great though if you are looking to stay at a resort and just enjoy the glorious beach or poolside that they have. The resort is very gated so there isn't much to see right outside the gate or to walk around. To go to a nearby marina where the action is, you have to a take a cab which is about 8 dinar. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Hammamet if you're looking to go into full on relaxation mode.

Very nice hotel, amazing lobby, gardens, pools and beach. Dining room and bathrooms however need modernisation ASAP. Service excellent, staff super friendly.

Excellent relaxing place to stay - hard to choose between beach and pool! Lovely rooms with large balconies. Clay tennis courts if feeling active and a short taxi ride to many restaurants.

It is a good place if you need to relax. The stuff were pleasant and the room was comfortable. I recommend this hotel for couples and business travelers.

I spent one weekend at the Oceana. Everything was high great, and not just by Tunisia standards. The staff was very professional (perhaps with the exception of the person working the lobby bar, he was quite inattentive). They accommodated my early check-in without any issues. At the beach, fresh towels are brought to you as soon as you set foot on the sand. The beach bar offers drink and food options and you can be serviced even as you are lounging in the sun. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The room was superb,: spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, fully equipped with all possible amenities and everything in the room felt clean and new. The hotel grounds were equally luxurious. Breakfast was very good as well, with many options to choose from. I especially enjoyed all the freshly squeezed juiced and the fresh crepes. Overall the atmospehere is relaxed, quiet and peaceful at all times. Truly a great beach experience if you want to be away from it all. Highly recommend.

A wonderful and tastefully presented hotel. Super-friendly and helpful staff. One of the best beaches in the area. Excellent food (Tunisian and international) and a superb selection of delicious Tunisian wines.

Vi bodde på detta hotell redan 2018 och då var allt fantastiskt – bra service, fräscha rum och god mat. Tyvärr har standarden försämrats rejält sedan dess. När vi kom till rummet denna gång möttes vi av en stark röklukt. Toalettstolen var trasig och det gick varken att spola eller tvätta händerna, då det inte kom något vatten ur kranen. Duschen fungerade inte alls. Hela badrummet var extremt slitet, och rummet i övrigt var ostädat och fullt av trasiga saker. Servicen var under all kritik. Vi kontaktade receptionen för att få hjälp, men fick vänta länge – utan att någon dök upp. Vi erbjöds inte ens ett nytt rum, trots att det inte gick att använda toalett eller dusch. Vi var tvungna att gå runt oduschade och kunde inte ens förbereda oss inför en fest vi skulle på. Maten var smaklös, kall och oaptitlig – helt utan kryddor. Även i hotellets allmänna utrymmen märktes den dåliga standarden: t.ex. saknades både tvål och pappershanddukar på toaletterna i receptionen. Personalen var otrevlig och visade ingen förståelse för situationen. Vi kände oss illa behandlade, ifrågasatta och fick kämpa för att få någon form av kompensation. Det här hotellet håller absolut inte femstjärnig standard – snarare enstjärnig. Tyvärr blev vistelsen en stor besvikelse och jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon.

Soggiorno rilassante, in un hotel bellissimo, dotato di ogni confort. Piscina, spiaggia, spa, negozi, ristoranti, giardino, palestra. Silenzioso. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, parlano anche italiano. La spa è favolosa. Consigliatissimo.
