2 out of 5 stars This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property, despite what the listing might suggest. The building is old and feels neglected—dingy carpets, peeling paint, and a musty smell throughout. The furniture was worn, the lighting dim, and overall the place just felt tired and run down. Staff were polite enough, but that couldn’t make up for the outdated and uncomfortable environment. Would not recommend unless you’re just looking for a place to crash and have very low expectations.

Quiet and comfortable hotel. I felt safe during my stay. Free parking was nice since many other hotels in the area charge for parking. The room was a bit old but it was clean and quite spacious. However I noticed a few things in the room need attention: 1)in-room phone wasn’t operating 2) coffee maker was placed where it couldn’t plug in to power outlet 3)the TV volume went off suddenly so I have to reboot the TV.

Easy and comfortable, room was very clean and they let me check in early. Thanks for the stay!

We arrived 2:15pm, front desk said our room was not ready. We had to wait until 3pm. We stayed at a room with a connecting door to the next room. The neighbor was noisy. We went to the front desk and requested a switch. The answer was no.

The receptionist at the time of check in was rude. AC was loud.

Clean sheets. Ok for a quick one night stay. Appears that they’ve tried to update, but not done well. Gap in flooring in the middle of the room-the material was a bit short but didn’t bother to fill it in, rust down the safety handle along the bath tub wall, some of the grout looked moldy, etc.

Pretty standard hotel, with nice amenities. A bit out of the way for those on leisurely travel, but is a non-issue for those with a rental car. Would stay again if I find myself back in Torrance
