The service was very friendly. But too eco, no handsoap, not enough toilet papers. There was some rubbish on the floor. The light bulb was flickering and seemed to go out.

Very nice and quiet rooms

Taxi booking to airport comes with a charge (which usually is free from other hotels) The cleaning carts are placed along the corner of the corridor and I feel the place is not professionally run or set up.

The whole hotel had a bad odor.

The room was nice, also bathroom. They had free refreshments on the hall. Too bad no breakfast. It is in the nice part of the town, everything closeby. Staff was nice. Would stay again.

Hotel looks pretty bad from the outside, looks like an old flat being renovated into a Budget hotel. When we first check into the hotel I open the drawer there were used condoms inside and we were pretty disgusted that it was not removed. People there is very friendly though and helpful when we ask for anything. Location is good too, near to metro and have a lot of food around it.

Hotel location is good. Breakfast arrangements are fine. There are many nice restaurant around.

We made a confirmed booking for the hotel through expedia in Oct 2014. To our horror during check-in, we were told by the hotel staff that there were no booking under my name. As the hotel were fully booked and with a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, it was really a desperate situation. Fortunately, the kind hotel staff helps us to arrange for a temporary accommodation for the night while they tried to sort out the booking with Expedia the next day. The hotel room were large for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (age 11 and 9). Plenty of room space for our 3 luggages. We had fun in the jacuzzi bath tub nightly although it is slightly small for my build. Plenty of free channels on the tv to entertain the kids. Although there are a few free porn channels, but these were located far away from the normal channels. So, unless your kids channels hopped, it should be fine. The hotel is well located. A short walking distance to the MRT and there are plenty of eateries and supermarkets in the surrounding. Breakfast is served in a cafe opposite the hotel. Although it is a standard voucher, however, you have the option to top-up and exchange for something you like which is much better than the usual hotel buffet style. We love the wonderful servicing staff at the cafe. Do take note that this hotel is located in the building co-share with some residential apartments. However, do not worried about privacy or safety. Each floor is dedicated to either residential apartments or hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly front desk personnel. Less crowded in the area around the hotel with convinience shop nearby + hawker stalls at a lane nearby with nice food during late nights.

ホテルは一般の古いビルに入っているので、エレベーターはボロボロ。ホテルは年季が入っていて廊下はカビ臭いが、部屋は清潔でフロントの人や掃除の人はとても親切。価格も安い。ウォシュレットが付いていないのが難点。

旅館安排在大樓3樓，地面有一些台階，搬運行李並不容易，如果能安放一些斜台就更容易拿着行李進出。房間燈光稍暗，用了一兩天後，浴室的燈泡也壞了，感覺並不是很好。清潔阿姨幫忙收拾，我們自家的毛巾也收去，向前台反映，他們也很注意，聯絡清潔公司，在我們離開前就給我們找到毛巾，這個應該可以加分的。房間裏的陳設也老舊，地氈也比較污糟，所以水準還是一般般。

1. 兩張單人床併在一起, 可是卻有高低差, 不舒服. 2. 浴室尚留有前一位住客留下的浴帽(或塑膠袋). 3. 陳設老舊, 地面不平. 4. 隔音效果不佳, 走廊走動或隔壁開水龍頭聲音都聽得清楚. 5. 電視和電視盒會無緣無故突然關機. 6. 服務台人員親切.
