Breakfast was always a caos. First breakfast I got there 45 minutes before closing and it wasn’t food left, no place to seating and staff were clueless about what to do. Manager wasn’t very helpful and explained that the hotel was full and that in top of that they also take outside people for breakfast as well and pretty much they prioritize these people I guess because of the cash.
Manager offered points will be awarded to my “Hilton Honors” membership. But I never got any.
