Northfield was delightful! I wish every hotel was filled with such kind workers and friendly staff. The food was very good. This hotel even hired a musician to entertain its guests. This staff goes above and beyond to make sure their visitors have an enjoyable stay. The room was very large with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel was clean and tidy. I give this hotel 5 stars!

Everything was fine but maybe rooms could do with some air conditioning as it was very hot the two days we stayed.

Hotel needs updating. Taps on basin needs attention in bedroom comfortable bed. Used spa, lots of marks damage to walls. Needing repairs. Hot tub not working. Coffee machine not working at breakfast so brought pots but not small jugs of milk . Buffet table not refilled with pastries , not much choice. Cooked breakfast good.

Everything was lovely. The website offers a sauna as part of the pool facilities, but there was not one.

We received a warm welcome. And initial booking process was easy and swift. Room was ready.

Breakfast was ok,Hot tub was worm,room was clean

The breakfast was very good and our waitress was charming and efficient

Hotel generally ok, bit tired in places. I was missing a welcome pack so didn’t know the times for breakfast, reception rushed through it all quickly and said pack to read but no pack and no reception when went back. Missing normal coffee in room only decaf. Breakfast a bit average. Fruit pretty poor processed fruit. Other stuff ok. Staff welcoming though room clean but a bit tired and bed board broken.

No breakfast or hot tub

Decent size room with lift, lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna and a nice garden. Walking distance to the seafront and 5 minutes drive to supermarkets. Staff there were fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay there. Thank You!

A great hotel. Very cosy as you walk in and a warm welcome. We had a family room. The beds were very comfortable andy daughter was delighted by the bunk beds! Great having bath and shower option. We used the pool and steam room twice, great edition. Ate one evening in the bar and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
