Property is accessible to other locations I was interested in visiting.

The hotel was as I expected. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, with easy access from the city. There was parking always available. The restaurant, bar, and the pool were open. The people who worked there had the best predisposition to help and make our time in the hotel great.

The room was in good condition; the staff was very helpful.

The toilet was clogged every day of my 6 nights stay at the hotel.

The staff were welcoming and nice but i couldn't stand the tiles in the bathroom they need use tile stripe to lift the built up on them even the stairs going to the pool need to strip too. The bar at the pool need fixing up and need some sort of entertainment so they can do better business in the future.

The room I was assigned was outdated, very thin sheets, one light, old noisy air conditioner. The staff are pleasant enough and doing their best. Unfortunately it was a last minute non-refundable option.

This is not for everyone, this is as basic a hotel room you can get, BUT it is very clean, staff is great. The restaurant and bar are pretty nice. But, this is a clean, functional hotel room with no amenities many of us are used to. If you are only going to shower and sleep in in the room, this is perfect. Great location in Cuidad de Panamá. Safe area, but no frills.

Definitely not the Ritz and around 3/4km to other dining options but a decent 3 star hotel

The hotel is in a really good location. I had probably the worst room available, it was without air and somewhat damp. Good hot shower, much needed in the tropics. Security good. Overall an okay budget hotel. You pay for what you get.
