Nice room and friendly staff. Reasonable price. It's a short walk to beach and there is a nice place next door to by food ( Food is really nice).

good location even though not on the beach but walkable, hotel was kept clean and pleasant and owner of hotel can arrange tours at reasonable price

This is a great location, right across from beach path and in the hub of shops and restaurants in Negombo. The manager was exceptional, going out of his way to find me a full service salon and everyone was welcoming and helpful

Friendly, clean, helpful, excellent breakfast. My room had its own balcony, a bit near the road, but I slept well. Very good value.

For what we paid, we were delighted with the room, large bed with mosquito net, good sized bathroom and shower, lovely balcony with comfy chairs and a table. That made for a super place to have a sun downer before going out to eat. The beach being literally just over the road meant you could leave valuables in the room and go and swim and return for a shower.

Super quick check-in, big room (I stayed in #3, non a/c), comfy bed, nice bathroom and mosquito net (you need it!). There was a light damp smell in the air and we didn't have a TV like other people but we didn't need it. Cute sitting area in front of the room, quiet but central location, close to everything you need and to the airport. Wifi was strong in the public area but not in the room but this is mentioned in the hotel description and we didn't really need it anyway. Great value and I would stay there again

Arrived 11pm and gates were locked but someone quickly came to open them. No fuss checking in or checking out next day.

Really appreciated having a very early breakfast provided and being driven to Colombo to catch the 7am train. Travellers dont forget when staff go that extra mile.

convenient airport pickup.. helpful staff.. quiet + secure.. only problem was the MOSQUITOS due to no screens on windows + open area in bathroom near ceiling..

This place is ideal for airport transfers etc, it's a really pleasant place, the staff are nice, the room was very good and clean. There's a nice restaurant next door too. We only stayed 1 night and didn't explore the area much, but it seemed well located for shops and wasn't noisy during the night. c

Huge, comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. Spotlessly clean and a TV with English channels in a great location, what else would you need. We were picked up from the airport by a lovely driver at 4am and within 30mins were in bed. We have also been able to leave some unneeded stuff to pick up in a few weeks. I would highly recommend Ocean View, it far exceeded my expectations.

I only stayed overnight as I had a flight out the next morning. However, I was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall room quality. I recommended it to someone else I knew was going to be in the same area a few says later.

In the hotel description (and order confirmation) it was written that bathrobes are included, but when we arrived we did not get them. After informing the management about missing bathrobes, they blamed that it is not their responsibility for the description of their hotel.It is the agents of hotels.com who make the descriptions look better. They never provided any bathrobes and they never will. No other options or alternatives were made. So, if you expect to get bathrobes do not make the same mistake as we did:) Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und super freundliches Personal, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Man kann vor Ort auch Touren buchen (mehrtägig oder Tagestrips). Ich kann jedem, der sich in Negombo aufhält, empfehlen hier unterzukommen.
