Well, the transportation is convenient, close to the train, a little lonely, but ok. This price is considered okay.

Unfriendly service Does not respect guests, stinking rooms

Choose a suite room but can be on the 7th floor, no elevator (elevator), bathroom also has no door, no TV, refill drinking water must go down to the 1st floor. Breakfast is minimalist (only bread, coffee and tea). Excellence is close to BTS Saphan Taksin.

The hotel is very strategic near everywhere except that there is no lift and the dorm is too narrow.

Room is not the same as described, stayed 4 nights without cleaning the room

this is my second stay , glur isn't like it used to be. now water does not come out , the bed is dirty, there are many traces of blood .unfriendly night staff

The hotel is fine, but my room is on the 7th floor without an elevator, going up and down is a torture, not to mention buying things and carrying a carry is really unbearable. Other than that, everything is fine

Good service, big room, just not strong enough to go up the stairs, can be on the 3rd floor, up to the 5th floor.

The location is very good because it is close to BTS, SIP and shopping centers. A little difficult to find the receptionist because of the separate location. note that there is no elevator, so getting to the top floor is quite tiring. The room was ok, although it was found that the floor was a bit sticky / greasy, the air conditioner was a bit problematic, and there was a lot of hair on the mattress. Overall pretty good according to the price.

Pros: 1. Very close to Saphan Taksin BTS & Sathorn Pier (If you take BTS, when you go out from Saphan Taksin, exit 1) 2. Affordable price with Breakfast 3. Staffs mostly Filipino so they did speak English well Cons: 1. Bed in 8 bunk bed type is not firm, so when you sleep or move position, it will follow your bed movement 2. No Elevator, so if you are "lucky" enough to be in 4th, 5th, or 6th floor then you need to go up with your luggages 3. Limited options of breakfast menu 4. Not so clean bathroom and only has 1 bathroom per floor which can be an issue if there are lot of people stay Other than that, I still recommend this place if you prefer staying near bts station. The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to everywhere

It's terrible but not bad about accommodation. Accommodation is good. All staff are very good. But the worst is the boss here there is no justice in determining the problem. While also throwing it to the subordinates to solve the problem irresponsible without looking at the truth put the blame on thai people despite the thai people not doing anything wrong the whole thing happened because of an unfair decision to me and the boss's fault alone. All are true I am not wrong if I was wrong, I would not come out to demand justice like this. Please understand me

The room is clean, hot water in the bathroom didn’t work well. Good location since it’s right at the market and the mall. The staff are very helpful, my mom had diarrhea and could not walk, the staff instantly helped her and get a taxi for us to bring to mom to the hospital. Thank you!

The bosses here are only foreigners, not interested in Thai people. The problem of missing is to blame the Thai people without evidence. If Thai people take it Foreigners say all they believe. Fire the Thais out of their accommodations without being interested in what they would be like. No evidence, no reason To check out only All the staff are good except the boss. And did not allow Thai people to stay here again, which does not listen to our reason The boss here is not Thai, saying that listening to Thai knows about it but speaking back and not understanding Thai. There are many ways to solve the problem, but instead let the Thai people leave without doing anything wrong and blame the Thai people for taking it. Very nice staffs hotels, the room clean, included breakfast, I stayed in 4 floors. The electric coke is right beside the bed. The hotel also near the saphan taksin BTS and sathorn Pier. Happy to stay here except the window cannot open. Selamat.

Strategic location, only sleep is not comfortable at all. Narrow room, one room with 16 people just breathing hard.

Worth the budget except the room is located at 7th floor. Very close to Saphan Taksin and pier to Asiatique, IconSiam, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, etc.
