Everything we expected after reading the reviews. The hosts are welcoming and have an excellent knowledge of the local area. They have thought of everything that you might need. Location very good, ten minutes walk from the town and train station and a beautiful park on the doorstep. Good choice of breakfast options and good quality produce. Would highly recommend a stay here

Really nice stay lovely people

We stayed here for two nights. The accommodation was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Jude and Karl were both welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice place to stay, well with in walking distance to the town centre. There is a nice park at the end of the road. The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and well cooked. Karl and Jude were great hosts and were very helpful.

The Fairlight holds a special place in our hearts now. We will be back and hopefully soon. Thank you so much Jude and Carl

The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars and restaurants to eat in .Would definitely stay again if I am in the area .

A perfect B & B located in a quiet part of Kings Lynn. A 10 - 15 minute walk to Bus and train stations. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts.

We stayed a couple of nights to visit friends nd were made very welcome by Karl and Jude.

Within easy walk of Kings Lynn centre. Unfortunately, the Sandringham room had no Wi-Fi signal and it had a damp smell. The breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent.

Friendly owners. Clean and tidy. Comfortable room. Free chocolate and biscuits, tea, coffee,& drinking chocolate in the room give that little extra touch.

An excellent place to stay - Carl and Jude are delightful hosts and nothing seems to much trouble. Very eco friendly too. Would love to stay again!

Lovely B & B in a fairly quiet area. Good location for exploring the Northern Norfolk coast. Pleasant owners with an excellent knowledge of the local area.

From the moment we walked into this hotel for our stay. Carl was very friendly from the off and was very great host indeed. The room was very clean and tidy. Liked all the little details he and his partner put into each room. The cooked breakfast was of the best i have in a hotel ever. If liked more toast etc was more gradually to. Always welcoming hosts and i would definitely stay at this hotel again
