If I may suggest, towels should be provided in the swimming pool area so that guests do not wet the area in front of the elevator leading to the room.

I only stayed here for a day. The air conditioning wasn't cold. When I arrived in my room, there was candy trash on the carpet. There was no foot mat provided, so every time I left the bathroom, my feet were wet and the floor looked dirty. The sink was a bit clogged.

The AC wasn't cold enough. I complained and was told to wait, but the technician never showed up. The shower water was really bad, and the shampoo foam wouldn't go away. The other side was okay.

From the moment we arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by the staff, who were quick and responsive in unloading our luggage, all with smiles and friendliness. Even at check-in, the receptionists were incredibly friendly, especially Dion Estefan. She was very helpful and humble. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast menu offered a wide selection.
