Beautiful historic hotel filled with character…perfect combination of modern amenities with historical decor…breakfast was lovely each morning and in wonderful walkable area…

Felt very over priced for what was quite a dated room. Staff were very good and the hotel itself has a lot of character

A few amenities would be nice. Coffee, notepad, basic toiletries. Room furnishings need refreshing, was very sparse.

If you love old classic hotels, you'll love eggers. It's a bit worn around the edges and things could certainly be rehabbed, but it's nice. There is no truly great hotel in Gothenburg.

Staff was extremely friendly, great views I will be staying here if I ever return to the area again.

Historic building across from Central Station. Could walk to all major sights. Lots of restaurants and shopping options. Staff were super friendly. Awesome breakfast included.

Although this hotel is in a fairly noisy part of town (train station etc) when the windows are closed it's totally fine. We stayed in a very large beautiful room and loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Everything is very close by, the parks, stores, sightseeing, and walkable.

Very nice room, old school furnishings— a welcome respite from blah chains. Superb breakfast complimentary. Nice bar for evening drinks. Good restaurants in the area.

I have stayed at Hotel Eggers several times over the years and I greatly appreciate the historic feel and welcoming staff. Hotel restaurant and bar are exceptionally good.

Great location and staff!

Beautiful historic hotel with a balcony. 2 minute walk from central station and 1 minute walk to tram transportation. So convenient to get around and staff was very nice! Only downside is no AC but we were aware before booking.

This hotel was amazing! The breakfast was excellent.
