I was checked into a dirty room that had trash and unmade beds into it initially. I was given another room that was clean switch from a two bedroom to a single bedroom. Nothing was offered to make things right

The room and hotel were nice I enjoyed my stay.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were too notch. Breakfast was standard but well stocked. I'd highly recommend staying here!

My room was on the second floor and my window was above what appeared to be the pool pump or some other large piece of machinery. There was a constant rumble and whine that was very loud in the room making it difficult to sleep. Around 11 PM I talked with the front desk person and complained about the noise. They did not seem surprised about the complaint. I asked to be put in a room away from the pump. The person said the only other rooms available are rooms near the pump. Apparently this is a known issue and they try to fill the rooms away from the pump first. I asked if they could shut the pump off and they said no there is nothing they can do about it. No other solutions were offered like offering a full refund and assistance to find another hotel.

Bed frame had a protruding metal part sticking out the side. It was clean and we had a good rest.

Hotel has declined noticeably in the last 4 years. Bed dust ruffle torn, pool area tiles missing or damaged. Staff was excellent and helpful even when multiple people were waiting to check in.

Second night I found a cockroach in my room. I feel bad leaving a bad review, but staff needs to be a bit better about keeping things clean and up to date.

Covenient to my location needed, very poor hot tub area, jets need repair as hot tub was just a tub of hot water. Pool was fine, hot tub a disappointment.

The Osceola Grand greatly exceeded my expectations, given it was the only option in a small town. It was very clean and kept up, and the room very comfortable.

Building is old, room stinky, overall seemed dirty and gross

Absolute dump. The pool cement and tile are all cracked, dangerous. For a family of 4 we had 2 towels in our room the room was clean but dumpy. The ac unit couldnt be ran because it was filthy and smelled. So was hot all night. The furbiture is old and stained. Grosss, the tub wouldnt drain well as showering and smelled funny. The carpet looks old and ripped. Especially in the hallway. This place made me feel gross, couldnt wait to get out of there.

Bed was comparable to sleeping on the floor. If you like a super firm mattress, this is your place. Staff super friendly. Bathroom fan was grinding, very loud. Room could of been cleaner, tv screen was smeared with something, remote worked when it wanted to. Rooms need some maintenance. Pool area looked super clean. Convenient location. Price reasonable.

When I arrived, there was a note stating that they stepped out. I waited twenty minutes. I rang the doorbell twice and called the hotel number. So we left. We came back twenty minutes later. We got a smoky-smelling room with two queen beds. I registered for a king. We did an exchange of rooms and it was better.

Very clean

The hot tub was closed, the pool water was stinky, our bathroom door didnt latch and there was still garbage under the nightstand when i arrived.

Convenient location right off the main drag. We had a nice stay. Property looked older but clean. Breakfast was minimal—cereal, yogurt and bagels etc, but nothing special. TV remote was hard to operate and quite touchy. The young woman working the front desk was friendly, efficient, and a “Jack of all trades”—a real rockstar! She did a great job!! All in all, a pleasant one night stay.

Place was nice but daytime desk person was rude and quite distasteful for me.Everytime I had contact with he stated i dont really care,also tv reote would've workthe afternoon girlbat deak was very courteous and tried to fix yhe problem but it was never rectified in my opinion i should of had some reduction in my final bill ,but there was his statement i dont reallu care again nice place and town but was unhappy with the above reasons. iI bet every other room in the motel had tv that you could change the channels on
