Hotel staff are friendly & helpful when picking up and dropping off at Soetta Airport.

It's not bad for resting,,, only the walls are made of plywood...you can hear the conversation in the next room

The staff was nice. The food was delicious. I was allowed to leave my luggage until the afternoon even though check-out was in the afternoon. I even returned my headset, which I left in the room. But the room was really damp.

Dusty room. Dirty toilet. That's why breakfast is only fried rice and it has no taste. The hotel should pay more attention 🙏🏻

the staff is friendly, but when I chose a room with free pick up, I didn't read it carefully.. I thought the airport pick up and drop off was free, but it turns out it's only pick up. for the pick up you have to pay 80k, then the sheets are not very clean, there are stains the driver is also fun to talk to

The place is quite comfortable, feels like Bali, the room is also very big, the toilet is quite clean, there is a terrace to just relax near the kitchen.🫶🫶
