one thing that is very good about this seri msia hotel is usually the location and parking. other than that it's just normal. the hotel is rundown both in the room and the hotel environment. the food in seri msia is just the same. no variation and the taste is just normal.

Hello everyone. The pros are location and parking. Location is very good with many secure parking spaces. The cons are cleanliness and amenities in room. Trash bins outside are full, not collected until next day, smelly WOWEE and power plug only one!

strategic location, easy check in/out process, friendly staff...

This Malaysian series hotel is ok.. old school... no elevator, have to take the stairs. The room is clean, parking is easy and there is plenty of space, the kids like it because there is breakfast, the menu is delicious.

1. The shower water is very small 2. There is no tap for ablution 3. There is no foot mat and hand towel 4. There is only 1 plug and 2 USB but unfortunately they are broken

Mini fridge was not working. No spare ones to replace

There is no toothpaste, no shampoo and toothbrush, you have to buy it inside larkin terminal which is 600 meter walk across the street.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

The carpet is look dirty, The shower not working well, low pressure just like baby pee, not heated, I am shower used tap the pressure much better.

Room was clean and spacious. This property is located near the Larkin bus terminal, about 7 minutes walk.

The room smells of palm, there are no towels. Anyway, I am not very satisfied with the service of this hotel.
