Plenty of Parking good choice for a 1 night non frills motel stop over breakfast adequate staff kind and helpful

The room was lacking a working coffee pot Lights did not work and coffee machine did not workdue to the fact that it was not pluged in, we plugged it in and got 11/2 cups of coffee. Mold in the bathroom on one wall ,toilet set was gross, ceiling fan not working properly, kitchen and bath plugs useless, three paper cups for coffee one regular coffee and one decaf no tea. Breakfast incuded. Was not much but it was something.

Room was run down and parking was awful

As we approached the dated front desk and the couple of tables that passed for the breakfast room in the "lobby", we dialed a phone as per the posted instructions. We were met by an unprofessional looking individual who checked us in and gave us our room key. We then proceeded to the room and were immediately appalled at what we saw. The upholstered chair just inside the door was filthy and looked like it was rescued from a landfill, the pillows were wafer thin and had yellowing linens on them, the paint work was grubby, as were the doors around every handle and lock. This was a double queen room that really only had room for 1 queen. The bed that you would choose to sleep in (away from the window and the noise outside) was so soft that if 2 people were to get in they would immediately roll to the middle. We arrived in the evening so we had to get food before the restaurant closed. When we returned, we asked for the manager to seek a refund as we hadn't even put our stuff inside. We were told that the unprofessional, rude, and condescending man we were speaking to was the manager and that there was nothing wrong with room, with a shrug of his shoulders. I have stayed in many hotels, but just couldn't stay in this one. I did something that I never thought I would have to do, I paid for another room for the same night at another hotel. Please, avoid this dump if you possibly can! You will be grateful that you did.

Floor could have been cleaner. Towels a bit thin.

Room wasn’t clean, needs updating and has a musty smell. Would never stop here again. Over paid for the room and the amenities, if in doubt continue down the highway and stay at salmon arm or Revelstoke. Motel like atmosphere and breakfast was a joke, air conditioners were so full of dust didn’t even try to turn it on. Again hotel prices for a motel stay. Save your money and move on. June 11/2026

Clean room, comfortable beds, close to amenities.

Breakfast should be earlier than 7 am.

The floor was dirty had to wear shoes socks and very stained box spring and no cover to be had anywhere.

The online pics seemed to show an updated lower end room; we weren't expecting much. But oh my: In reality the room was broken down and dirty (bugs); the sheets were so thin you could see right through them with no mattress protector under the very thin "covering". The wall air conitioner was so wobbly we feared it would fall right out. The breakfast room was filthy and worn. The toilet seat was broken in several places as was the tub. It was so bad that, even though we were too late to cancel, we ate the room cost for the night and went elsewhere.

Rooms were old and run down. A lot of scary characters around. Did not feel too safe.

Parking was very convenient. Check in quick and easy.

Rooms surprisingly nice. Sheets and mattresses all in good condition and clean. Box springs kinda dingy but over all good price for what you get
