Our room was clean and tidy. Happy staff.

The hotel was fine, beds good, clean tidy as expected. The Chinese restaurant on site was very nice. Sadly the other guests in room above us, woke us up screaming, swearing and thumping around at 5am. The guest/s locked themselves out of their room while fighting with those in the room next door to them who were playing loud music, then were at our window with a ladder trying to break back in to their upstairs room. Had this been the first night of disruption it would of been excusable on the part of the Hotel, however another guest advised us that the Police had been called the night before for similar overnight disruptions. These guests should of been evicted after the first night. Had they been they would not of wrecked our night. We complained to the desk but have heard nothing from the managers since. Apparently those guests were there for another night after us, not sure if they were allowed to stay.
