The included breakfast was mediocre. Great for a night just passing through, not very good for a family staying for a few days.

The room was clean, water pressure good and the breakfast was excellent. Rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable. In the morning, we discovered small cloths sitting on our motorcycles, placed there by staff so we could dry the rain off our seats before departing in the morning. An unexpected but welcomed touch!!

We stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sault Ste. Marie and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It felt modern and comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of space to spread out after a long day of traveling. The only downside to the room itself was that the sheets were a little rough and not as comfortable as we would have liked. We did have an issue with the hair dryer, which was broken. I called the front desk but couldn’t get an answer. My husband went downstairs to request a replacement, but the front desk was dealing with a line of guests and didn’t have staff available to bring one to the room. To their credit, they called us back as soon as they were able to get another hair dryer, and my husband was able to pick it up. The hotel is located on a busy street, and we could hear some road noise from our room, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or request a room away from the road if possible. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated and always a nice perk when traveling. However, some of the more popular items, like the eggs, were empty fairly early and weren’t immediately replenished. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for the price. A few operational improvements would make the experience even better, but we would consider staying here again when passing through Sault Ste. Marie.

Friendly staff. Room was small, but we'll laid-out. Perfect for 1 person, perfect if you want to come in, shower, and go to sleep. Very nice shower!!!! It stood out from the rest of the room

Stayed here on my way out west. Had my car packed full and everything was still there in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

My first Microtel stay in the Sault. Every bit as nice as the Delta Waterfront with good food choices withing an easy walk.
