Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. The taxis were also all refusing to drive us. But Roger, the front desk manager at the time, so kindly offered to drive us and all of our luggage to the airport. We were so grateful and relieved. I’m not sure what we are would’ve done without him!!!! We wished we could’ve stayed longer in this beautiful place. Cannot recommend it enough!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a busy holiday weekend with a big old car show in town. This hotel is on a busy intersection so the traffic noise was an issue but no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was good and we had an excellent evening meal in the cozy dining room.

Older building with older furniture to match the theme. Best for people looking for "character." Was wholly unimpressed with poor selections for breakfast. Centrally located, street parking is probably best option.

Det var rent och väl ordnat, inga fönster i källa planet men det visste vi redan vid bokningen. Tillgång till hotellets fria parkering är inte garanterat, frukost var ok men inte mer. Det kändes som lite nedvärderande att vi bokat genom hotels.com.

Underbar service i ett unikt hotell!

The extraction fan on the room made an unreasonable loud sound that made sleeping very difficult. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, being an old theater converted.

A decent hotel for an overnight stay. Read the fine print. I made a mistake for not doing it and got a rather claustrophobic room with no windows. There’s the whole floor of them. The room was very clean although a bit shabby. Breakfast was good.

Arrived late, free parking and great breakfast

really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel did a great job complying with the COVID-19 restrictions and still offering a great experience for its guests. the spa was nice and the staff very friendly although the front desk guy had to be all over the place handling the breakfast buffet and the reception at the same time. looking forward to returning to this beautiful hotel in normal times when there's supposed to be even a larger variety of breakfast items as the staff pointed out.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the central bus station in Ostersund It’s like a living antique which has managed to maintain an old fashioned feel combined with being clean and a modern bathroom Breakfast was good Only downside is that the room was slightly noisy due to thin wooden walls and creaking floorboards in the corridor - but you can live with that!

Et fantastisk spennende hotell med utrolig mye sjarm og historie. God og innholdsrik frokost, meget hyggelig personale. Vi fikk rom ut mot gaten, mye støy fra trafikk og ventilasjon på rommet gjorde at nattesøvnen ikke ble optimal. Men du verden for et hotell 🌟🌟🌟

Som vanligt, fantastiskt trevligt. Älskar miljön. Så lyxigt med att få tillgång till Spa:t på morgonen innan utcheckning. Tack!

Jättemysigt hotell med härligt tema. Gymmet var toppen, sängen var skön, rummet var mysigt, frukosten bra. Var på affärsresa och hotellet är precis i centrum nära tåg och restauranger. Det enda minuset var att i mitt rum var en ventilation som lät mycket och lite för fluffig kudde för min smak.

Sängarna är väldigt mjuka och kuddarna är tjocka och hårda. Rummen är ok, men det märks att det är ett gammalt hotell. Personalen är väldigt vänlig och serviceinriktad, och frukosten är fantastisk.

Atmosfæren i det gamle teatret er upåklagelig. Trivelig personale og fine rom. Kosa oss i frokostsalen, hvor vi satt godt og nøt en enkel men god frokost. Anbefaler gjerne opphold her!

Trevlig personal och bra läge. Dock lite enkelt rum. Spaet hade kunnat vara mer städat, det fanns mycket vatten på hela golvet. Frukosten känndes inte färsk.

Mysigt hotell med gamla anor och interiör som stämmer väl överens med en gammal teater. Vänlig och serviceminded personal som gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre. Kommer absolut att komma hit igen.
