Staff were really helpful. Room was nice and dark for sleeping with good blackout drapes. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Used the sauna which was very relaxing. Partner used the gym discount and was very happy. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

At center of the city, close to everything. Parking is a few minutes away in city garage, costing 160kr for 24 hours. Street parking nearby kr15 for 2 hours, and Free 6pm to 9am. Great breakfast!

GOOD

BW Malmia was great choice for use while staying in Shelleftea because of location. Staff was excellent and the breakfast buffet was very good. Room was hot, however, due to very high local temps. Could be noisy at night in the town square in front of hotel.

Jätte nöjd. 👍 Jätte trevlig personal, fräscht och fint rum med väl tilltagen dusch/WC, riktig hotellfrukost trots de märkliga tider vi nu är inne i, läget som inte kan bli mycket mera än verkligen mitt i stan och alltihopa till ett bra pris.

Good hotel but old standard and the tv did not work

I got a wrong information about the first bus to the Skelleftea airport from the reception! They told me that the bus will leave 04:45 and I wrote it up while the receptionist was looking. The first bus to the airport was in reality 05:20. So I had to stand outside in -6C over a 1/2 hour! The hotel was closed for me as I had to leave the key-card in the post box ...

No AC No working Tv No batteries in remote c. Out door area badly layout No refund.

Originally when I got in my first room was very small, tidy, but a little old and dirty. I could not picture myself staying in that room so I asked to be switched. I got upgraded to a suite that although the furnishings were old was really nice. Very very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was under renovations but the food was good. Not gourmet but solid. My impression of the area was that all rooms would be pretty similar in style and furnishings so I went in with that expectation. Proximity to the downtown area (like every hotel) was really close so that was nice. I would stay there again but I’d request my same suite as this last time for sure.

Fantastik staff!!! Room a bit run down. Was told that 2nd and 3rd floors are renovated. I was on the 4th. Breakfast area is dark, uncomfortable and depressing. So was the food. Staff is delightful though in the reception!
