The elevator kinda claustrophobic, scary. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, Elona, not sure of the spelling. The coffee corner is very convenient. In general it was a lovely stay.I will recommend to my friends ir stay again.

I loved our stay at the Izaila Plaza Catalunya. The staff was so friendly and helpful ,It is in a great location, and it was the perfect space for us. I will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Barcelona.

Perfect location, right off the Plaza where you would get off the Aerobus. Situated in the middle of the old quarter and new, making it very walkable. Rooms were clean and modern. Host/Reception was extremely helpful with all our questions. Can not fault it at all. We will be back. Thank you so much for looking after me and my wife!

Located on second floor of an old building in Placa Catalunya. Antique but functional elevator. Rooms are clean and spacious, if simply decorated. Owner is very pleasant and helped us with our travel planning. She also provided good restaurant recommendations.

This is a wonderful small (8 room) hotel just off Placa Catalonya in the centro of Barcelona. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Comfy beds, big rooms, nice bathroom, a great common room and very helpful staff. It is also right off the 'Aerobus' line from the airport so there's no need to take pricey taxis to get there and the buses are quicker! As a matter of fact we never took a taxi the whole time we were in Barcelona, this hotel us so well situated. We'll return for sure!
