Very comfortable to stay in here,

Pertama kali masuk hotel bingung, tidak ada security nya. Pas masuk parkir kecil. Fasilitas kamar kurang lengkap.

The water in the bathroom is small and the hot water has been waiting for a long time to not come out.

No parking space. Narrow street.

Direct location to the beach, calm atmosphere.

Very nice beachside, but for food you can't choose 2 menus only 1 menu per person.

All good and we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely will come back again in the future. The staff friendly and helpful. You can rent motorbike to do sightseeing.

Very comfortable, romantic atmosphere, and direct beach

Frangipani beach hotel becomes a pleasant vacation spot. A beachfront view directly from the hotel. Quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing while chatting. If you want to see dolphins and snorkeling, get a message directly from the hotel. Captain of a professional ship, so it can get a moment to see the dolphins. Good food served in the western menu. Facilities incomplete no slippers, toothbrushes, standard breakfast with a fairly expensive price, tv is not running, shower jets are not contents.

But there is no TV and heater to make coffee in the room. Must go to the hotel pantry, which is if the rain will be troublesome. Make sure to bring enough snacks and food, because near the beach, so quiet. Even for honeymoon, I think TV is important.

Friendly service, clean rooms, quiet and relaxed atmosphere but air-conditioning is less cold.

Nice location, beach front, but parking spots are few

The staff is friendly enough. Property is clean. Bathroom facilities are lacking, shower broken, hot water can sometimes, sometimes not.

There is a warung / depot near the hotel about 5 min walk, there is a tourist area which is called central with a variety of art and gift shop, depot / small kuta kuta stalls in the street next to the road to the hotel which is quite crowded. Overall the hotel is quite comfortable, clean and safe with limited service.
