Clean room, great location, no amenities

Close to everything! Staff are friendly

I understand that the building is old it’s Italy, but it needs a lot of maintenance and updating inside the building. The rooms are not as they advertised or appear in the photos on the Expedia site, Not even close. The bathroom was dirty, the chrome in the bathroom looked as it hasn’t been cleaned (polished) in months. The bidet was dirty, their was pubic hair in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner or shower gel was not offered or available, I had my own bar of soap but the shower had No holder for the soap. My room had a terrace which was nice but the plastic furniture was faded and brittle. I think it couldn’t hold 20 lbs. They had a portable ice machine that took a hour to make ice. I could go on but I will stop, not worth the money (Not Cheap) staying at this place and Expedia should take this hotel off as one of their listings. The positives; front desk extremely professional helpful and knowledgeable of the area and surrounding areas. Great location if visiting the Vatican and Vatican only.

There is very little space to store toiletries in the bathroom. Also, there were no tissues in the room.

Shower floor is a bit slippery when wet and no exhaust vents

The room was clean but very small. The staff was very helpful and Frita. I will stay here again.

Wonderful hotel mins away from the Vatican museum and Vatican City. Lots of great restaurants walking distance. Loved staying here, rooms are comfortable and very clean. Will stay here again next time we are in Rome. Great services amazing staff.

AC is broken Keep dropping water and loud noises

Breakfast was simple. Everything on offer was fresh and good. Coffees were excellent. Delicious croissants were plentiful every morning.

This place is amazing. Rooms are clean, staff is extremely friendly and amazing humans. Close to the Vatican and many other things in walking distance. Have stayed here twice now and it will be my go to hotel for future stays.

Receptionists were informative and very polite. Marco was particularly warm and engaging and helpful. Building was worn but it is Rome. Room was very clean. Bed mattress was comfortable. Metro stop was walkable and convenient to use to get to tourist sites. The hearth hotel is almost directly across the street to entrance of Vatican museum. St. Peter’s bacilica entrance is a short walk.

Good location near the Vatican. Metro station near by. Easy connection to Termini Station & Leonardo Express to & from airport. Staff was friendly & room was clean. Fabio at the front desk was especially great. I also appreciated that it was very quiet for the duration of my stay. Would book with them again.

There were road construction works at night time just below my windows. No sleep at all.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location to visit the Vatican & Museum, but difficult to get to many other Rome landmarks. The room had an updated bathroom (good) but the rest needed a coat of paint. Otherwise, no complaints, it was clean and no problems
