Great hotel in a perfect location - easy walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Lots of great choice for breakfast, plus free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water throughout the day (and cake!). I had a small double, which was a good size for a city - would have been comfortable for 2

Hotel was excellent, staff were very helpful, great value for money. Very comfortable room and clean and great location. Breakfast was really good and tea, coffee, water and fruit available all day and night available for no extra charge and also use of the sauna.

Lovely hotel

The facility was great and its a steal for the location. The breakfast spread is the sweetest surprise you are in for. Make the most of it. Staff is very warm and available 24*7 just in case. Expedia was not giving me option to rate 4.5 hence 4 star because of the size and facilities in the washroom. There was no exhaust so it became super damp and stuffy after a point in the day. Rest everything was great.

As always friendly service, good breakfast and excellent location. 15min to Liseberg, 20min walk to train station , many restaurants nearby.

I liked the old fashioned and quaint atmosphere and the convenient location.

Everything you want in as a solo traveler. Would absolutely recommend and come back

Nice rooms, great location

A beautiful, quiet hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and has its own originality with wall paintings on each floor and a cozy interior garden.

A lovely property, my only gripe was I was told my room would be cleaned every other day and it was only cleaned once, after the morning of my arrival

Nice comfortable affordable in a good location

On the balance, Hotel Lorensberg was great bang for my buck. Real emphasis on the value dynamic though. The room is a small hallway with a single bed and a desk... it's pretty cozy. Service was mostly great, though for some reason, the room cleaners refused to take away empty bottles, cans, etc. Didn't quite get that. The wifi is... passable, for the most part, but it can be pretty rough at times. So heads up if you're in town for work.

Started in a hostel and moved here. Really nice hotel, free tea and coffee at all hours and water vending in reception. They also do some really nice pastries. Staff are mega friendly and the hotel still has the original lift (although you can't use it, notnsure if you'd want to). Location is really good, right near Liseberg and the hockey stadium, lots of restaurants nearby and the bus and tram stop is 50m up the road. 100% would stay here again.

It was a nice, clean, quiet room.

Staff assisted me so well that I presume to stay here next time I come to Gothenburg.

The single bedroom was shoebox sized. More expensive than expected, but was clean and comfortable.

An excellent hotel, good location and very convenient for the airport bus if you get off at the right stop. I was there when the weather was very hot but I had a fan and fridge in my room. The breakfast was really fantastic, one of the best I have ever experienced - lots of variety and high quality products. The granola was the best I haver tasted. Also appreciated the ability to make tea and coffee at any time in the sitting room downstairs.

The location of hotel is perfect .The room was spacious and quiet . I do not give a high level of review because the bed was too narrow and there is no air conditioning although they give a fan.
