We had a great experience at the hotel. The service was impeccable

This was our fourth time staying at the Ritter. We stayed in the newer section which is brighter and has larger rooms. The breakfast is very good. The location, across the street from the Bus Station makes it a great location for transiting.

Literally across the street from the bus station. Everything I needed. Breakfast (buffet) was good.

Convenient location, near to the bus station. Breakfast was lower expetation, very poor and not to good quality. The outlets in my room did not work. Towels very old and bad quality. Personal very friendly.

NIce hotel, but the location was not great. Across from the bus station and in an area of the city you don't want to walk at night. Bar closed very early and the hotel has very limited restaurant hours. It obviously has lots of history and is well mintained, but not someplace we would stay again (Unless we were taking an early bus the next day).

It’s simple but clean!

Quick overnight stay. Basic room, very clean, great food from room service and breakfast. Large bathroom with hot/cold water, large shower & bidet. Comfortable bed.

Easy walk from bus station across the street. Friendly reception! Very good breakfast with good assortment of fresh fruit, breads, and hot items to include eggs, bacon or sausage, also provided cold meats and cheeses, as well as an assortment of pastries. Great coffee!

The only problem I had was a key that didn't work. I got it reprogrammed, still didn't work. Got new key, still didn't work. Since I was with someone with a working key, it wasn't a great inconvenience. Otherwise the place was fine and the workers helpful.

Very handy for the bus station, this hotel was more than adequate and very traditional in style. Spacious room, excellent breakfast and helpful staff (no English spoken).

Great place to stay, right across the street from the bus station in POA! The WIFI worked well, my room was more than comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was more than ample! It was a great refuge after a long bus trip!

Great hotel near shopping and transportation. Friendly staff at the front desk. The waitress,Miguel, at the restaurant, a fine person , professional and friendly. All the employees at the hotel are very professional and helpful trying to make you fell like home. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
