The staff was helpful and the amenities were at the level expected.

The hotel is great, just not very quiet. If someone goes down the hall you will hear them. The restaurant brings the hotel down, service was terrible

The room was clean but had some ants walking around. Expected breakfast included. The staff did they job but no very welcoming. Well located for our necessities

Kitchen was a nice benefit. Facility was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, one television in our group of three rooms did not work well and a technician could not repair. Overall a very pleasant stay. Good location for our purposes.

We booked a room for the Victoria Day long weekend and overall had a pleasant stay in Ottawa. The price was reasonable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable enough for our 2-night stay. A few things could definitely be improved: the pillows were not very comfortable, the coffee maker didn’t work properly, and the lobby felt a bit dull and uninviting. That said, we still enjoyed our trip and had a good overall experience.

Helpful staff, restaurant inside was pretty good

It’s my second time. It’s not a brand new building but it is very clean, cleaner than other higher-end hotels. I will choose it next time for my business trip.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Room was clean & spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette. Good location near Dows Lake and variety of restaurants. Staff were helpful. Will stay again when visiting family in the area.

Ruby, one of the house keepers, did a fabulous job keeping the room clean, fresh towels provided and all requests met in a punctual and friendly manner. Room is spacious and king size bed comfortable.

Very clean rooms. We had the room with the kitchenette, everything we needed was in there, I would recommend without hesitation ´.

really disappointed cause we had pay an extra to get a breakfeast in the morning before leaving but there was no space available and we needed to go to work. We didn't get refund even if i ask the employee at the front desk and we had to go eat in another restaurant. I would not go back.

I stayed two nights at this property, and for an entire day there was no water available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If I had been informed of this in advance, I would not have chosen to stay there. Guests should be properly notified of any service interruptions ahead of time. Providing bottled water does not adequately address the inability to shower or flush toilets. Additionally, the coffee machine, which was supposed to be complimentary, was out of order during my stay. I also found a nail in my bed, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations.

The staff were fantastic... efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself is exactly what I would expect for the brand, price, and location. Not super luxurious, but clean, safe, and comfortable.

Convenient location. Courteous pleasant staff. Clean room & building. Slow food service but meals were very good. A good experience and will definitely be back.
