Personal acted like they didn’t care if you were there or not very noisy people running up and down the hallway this place is not en excellent place it ok at most very disappointed website descriptions not close to the real thing

The staff is always great. The facility could use some work. The Wifi comes and goes. The fridge in the room is not very cold. I have to get ice to preserve my medication.

The rooms are clean .. but it could use a little up grading..no pool just a small jacuzzi type pool on the fifth floor. I rate this hotel a 6 out of 10..

This is our second stay at the property in a little more than a year and it’s a fantastic value! Very clean, modern with a good morning hot breakfast!

Upgrade

No towels for all the occupants. Requested and extra one and they could not figure it out. They wanted to give us a pool towel but they wanted our room key. They could not figure it out. No towel was given. Air conditioner was Not working. Got another room
