Bathroom shower

Terrible stay for a variety of reasons. Definitely not up to par with what I'd expect from a Marriott property. Staff were very friendly and prompt, however, that was the only good thing. Food on the rooftop restaurant was terrible--cheap quality frozen bagged chicken and bread. The room needed full updating. Only minimally clean, fabric on boxspring was worn and had holes, mattress had a large, body sized dip in it, making you sleep in a hole. Linen and pillows need replacement. TV did not work--only had a Netflix account from a random person named Linda and no way to reset. No other channel or app options. Walls are thin with plenty of noise around. Location is full of construction and not overly walkable to selection of food or shops.

We got our first room and the air conditioner was on and making a loud noise. They put us in another room that seemed dirty. The bathroom glass shower door would not close and had previously been broken. It looked liked it had been glued with super glue. The ceiling in the bathrooms paint was peeling. The coffeemaker lid was missing as well. Just seemed like it needed a lot of repairs. My husband and I wanted them to light the gas fireplace on the patio and were told there was no remote. The outdoor area looked very dirty and not well kept. Overall, the staff was very nice.

Everybody was very nice and accommodating. The Ice machine was close. There was a bar with some food offerings up top. About a 25min walk to Broadway. Or a quick uber back from Broadway!

Nice clean hotel

Great location, 12 min walking from downtown, 2 min from the Gulch neighborhood, room was clean but bathroom had broken tiles on the floor, and furniture had some wear and tear... overall nice.

Front desk staff could have been more accommodating.

We stayed in room 622 and the water drained very slowly in the sink in bathroom

Quiet. Safe. Easy, free parking. Easy drive to the Gulch.

We opted for this location because we wanted to be away from the loudness of Downtown. It was a 15 min walk to downtown. The Gulch area has many restaurants. The room was clean. No issues.
