Good service experience, close to the center.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Breakfast is also good. Right in the center, very close to the beach.

Cheap but great! I have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time! Walk to the beach only 10 minutes and to the night market only 5 minutes Room is spacious and clean! and the price is relatively cheap Perfect choice for a trip

Central location, very convenient

Pros: the hotel is easy to find, has a private car park, and check-in and out is quite fast. Cons: no bellman, limited breakfast options, not diverse, and not delicious. Because I only stayed for 1 night, I didn't use the swimming pool or spa services, so I can't rate it.

Central location, convenient, spacious room, clean bathroom, warm reception. I stayed on Monday of the week, they said there were beach towels for guests but when I went down, they were all gone and there was no guidance or other support, I felt a bit unhappy, otherwise ok.

The hotel is very ok, I am very satisfied, the receptionists and security guards are very enthusiastic, they all have instructions for parking. I appreciate the friendliness of Quoc or Quan or something at the reception, a dark-skinned man, who supported my family very well.

The room is ok but the TV is a regular TV and can't watch YouTube. Also, it seems like the hotel prioritizes foreign guests. I saw the staff greet foreign guests when they pass by, but Vietnamese people just pass by. And it seems like they only invite foreign guests. Guests have to carry their own luggage to their rooms @@ I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at 2 different hotels to experience, but the other side is very welcoming to foreign and domestic guests alike.

The hotel is right in the center with full facilities and very reasonable price. The surrounding area is very busy and you can shop or enjoy anything. Great service and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and supportive to customers. There are many Western guests and the mud bath service is very good. Will continue to choose here if I come back.

I think it's okay, booked in advance so the price is quite cheap. The room is ok. Has a sea view as described. Has a swimming pool, mud bath, ... Friendly, cheerful staff. Comment is that the bathroom is not very private. The TV cannot watch YouTube.

September 1st and 2nd, Tam beach was covered with a lot of oil (newspaper readers will know). Accidentally wore sandals covered in oil at the beach. When checking out, the hotel staff asked to pay for 2 pairs of Lao sandals... sad,,, K.S treated me really badly because of the 2 pairs of Lao sandals (of course I didn't pay). Just need some gas and oil to clean it up. 1 star for treating the situation badly.
