Me hospedei de 17 a 18 agosto no quarto 820! Péssimo, porta com um furo na madeira, móveis velhos e quebrados! As toalhas de banho super finas, gastas e pequenas! Com cheiro de água sanitária! Ar condicionado não funcionava! A chave do quarto deu problema, por 4 vezes tive que descer na recepção pra liberarem! O acesso é ruim, com escada e sem rampa! Elevadores lotados, café da manhã com pouquíssima variedade! Frutas sem sabor! E o mais absurdo o valor da diária! 2 noites nesse “paraíso “ foi mais R$ 1,000 . Valor totalmente incompatível com o que oferecem! Não recomendo!

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. We stayed one night and packed up to another hotel, wasting our money. The facility is in bad condition, the toilet seat lifts off the ground if you move while using, the shower was moldy and the room had a terrible smell of bleach. Once the smell of bleach wore off, there was a wet dog smell that took over the room. The sheets were dirty. The breakfast food was nice, but the cleanliness of the breakfast area was lacking. The room is not whatsoever soundproof and you can hear everything that happens outside - which is unfortunate since other guests having a party and were loud overall, waking us up at 5am as they spoke quite loud in the hallway. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but still extra towels were provided to one room but not the other, and one of the bedrooms simply didn’t have a phone. I will never stay at this place again and expedia should absolutely contact this property to review their advertisement on the platform.

No hot water

Under staffed. The few people working, they were very nice. During check in, there were 5-6 people in line and only one lady working because one guy took a break. Check in took me 40 min! Room is okay. It needs renovation, looks old. Breakfast was the best part. WiFi is non existent. It didn’t work at all!!!

It was horribly dirty all the cabinets were broken and holes from screws being removed it smelled like mold the bed clothes were dirty the soap was Tiny the parking was two blocks away the weight at the front desk was ridiculously long all night long and they had the nerve to charge us for water when their place was absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the internet. The picture they submitted was photoshopped especially the red Dot over the bed and they don't show how disgusting and filthy the bathroom was the Taps barely gave any water and it hardly drained. I love Brazil but this was the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Avoid this at all costs. They were many many people in the line yelling when we arrived and now I know why

Terceira ou quarta vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Ele esta passando por reformas, o que esta deixando a estrutura mais atualizada. Espero que deem atenção aos quartos e banheiros também, pois precisam de atenção e atualização. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Custo benefício de estar no centro, mas, o hotel é antigo e precisa de melhorias

Os funcionários são muito mal educados . Um ou outro que nos atenderam melhor . Não achavam minha reserva e eu tinha um evento , precisava me instalar rapidamente, pedi que agilizassem e a atendente me respondeu A Sra deveria chegar mais cedo !!!! Fora isso , minha filha é cadeirante O Hotel não tem rampa acessível e tem muitos degraus Não tem restaurante aberto em nenhum momento, não nos ajudaram com utensílios diversos que precisávamos O quarto estava reformado Porém jogo de toalha mais parecia um pano de chão Até rasgado estava Enfim A localização é ótima , mas infelizmente todas as outras situações não colaboraram Atendimento de funcionários péssimo !!!

Elevadores ruins, demorava uma eternidade para chegar no andar, parava em todos os andares, tivemos que ir de escada do 9 pavimento pois a demora era enorme. Serviço de manobrista péssimo, demorou uma 1 hora para trazer meu carro do estacionamento até o hotel, tive que solicitar 3 vezes neste período de tempo. Café da manhã estava OK, cama OK, chuveiro muito bom, ambiente estava limpo.
