Overall it's good, but when I entered it was a bit hot. And I've reported it to the FO and it's been checked too. It should have been executed that day, but I had to wait first. That's all. Not enough satset, that's all. Although I finally got a change of room the next day. Overall, the place is comfortable 👍 more improved.

Thank you for allowing early check-in and the room view as requested "city view", I like it. The staff was friendly and confirmed in advance that the single beds had to be put together, (no problem). But they didn't confirm that there was a connecting door :). Luckily I brought earbuds, because the room next door was incredibly noisy, and that person was snoring loudly like a train, non-stop all night long. Crazy. It could be heard all the way to my room. It was like sleeping in a crowd, even though I was alone :).

It’s good to stay here. Close to the city center, if Sunday morning is also very close if you want CFD. The room is spacious with affordable price. The view is also quite good, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. It’s just that the AC is not cold enough, and the room door is a bit difficult to open. But overall it was a great experience, and will repeat stay here if I go to Surabaya again😉

Fact: - Smooth check in. Need deposit either money or identity for 2nd room key - no plastic bottles which is great, dispenser is available in each floor - A bit difficult to open the doors, not sure why, but hotel might needs to check - Spacious room with bathub (executive) - no hand soap - Bathub need better clean up - only stand shower - The water is a bit yellow, not sure it is hotel issue or the city Subjective: (+) the location is awesome, near everywhere. you can just walk 10 min to Mie Mapan near the hotel. 20min to Gubeng station. (+) The pool is great, especially for the kid (+) Considering the price, it's a great deal to get hotel with strategic location, breakfast, pool, bathub, and spacious room (-) Only if you are a perfectionist person who wanna get every detail of the hotel, you might feel this hotel a bit disappointed. The room amenities is minimum, the cleanliness isn't perfect, the bed doesn't have a perfect quality Overall, I will put this hotel as one of my consideration if I go back to Surabaya. It isn't a perfect one, but it's great because you get what you paid

The staff is very helpful. Luckily got a free upgrade, there are many choices of food in the restaurant, suitable for business trips or family trips.

Close to the city center, finding food is also easy... Noise level is low... Other is ok

This is my 4th time staying here and I'm not bored. The swimming pool is nice. The room is nice. I like the main thing. The only 2 things are that the wifi is a bit slow and the noise from the next room can be heard. I'll definitely come here again if I have a staycation.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The location is also strategic to the city. The room lock is fussy. The hallway to the room is a bit smelly. The mattress makes noise. The bathroom floor is slippery. The water heater is broken.

very high value for money, the receptionist is very helpful, please improve the staff at the arrival to be more responsive because the lobby area is small so that it is faster to get on and off goods, to avoid vehicle congestion can be improved about food: 1. room service is slow and the wrong food ordered does not match what comes 2. the quality of taste at breakfast needs to be monitored, sour porridge, egg stand needs to be more responsive 3. the taste of food needs to be improved

Low budget version of 5 star hotel.

Excellent service. Next time I will come back here again. Just need a little bit change for the beverage on the breakfast buffet. Taste not really good. The rest is okay.

This is our second time staying here. We tried other hotels but finally moved to Quest again. Because my child is more comfortable staying at this hotel. From the atmosphere of the room, especially the breakfast, there are many choices and all the tastes are delicious 👍👍👍
