Below average. Not a good value for money. Took ages to respond to my query online. The best thing about this hotel is breakfast. The rest is just okay at best.

For the price paid I was expecting a better value for money. It was just ok. The location is fair. The members of staff are okay. We asked for iron and ironing board three times and never got it. You have to request room cleaning each day as they don’t clean it by default. There is no tea or coffee in the room. Although breakfast was very decent. Probably the best thing about the hotel. The hotel seems old and worn out but it’s relatively clean and comfortable. It’s just okay but not a good value for money in my opinion.

Conveniently located hotel. It is a budget hotel, though. The blankets are thin and there’s mildew on the grout in the bathroom. However it’s comfortable, everything in the room works, and the staff are helpful and speak English.

Breakfast is the best here !!! Room is very nice , but I don’t like the pillows or towels

This is my favorite hotel in Belo Horizonte. Great location, the area around the hotel is very nice with several options for restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and transportation. The staff is very attentive. The room is a good size, with a good bed and shower. The breakfast is excellent.

Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update !

The room was spotless, and the location was ideal. Breakfast was included, and they introduced new options every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Pictures are better than the real thing. The room was very small, stains all over the bathroom sealing and floor. Low quality towels. The breakfast is GREAT! Bar food, FANTASTIC! Needs to improve the rooms but overall, a nice place to stay.
