Clean hotel.. Close to the city center and crowds

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food, strategic location. Close to BCS and Grand Batam Mall, and near A2 Batam restaurant.

The staff is not in order.. From check-in, it's unclear.. Changing people.. even registering several times. The staff is not on standby. I've called dozens of times without any response.. it's serious.

Room Although it is non smoking room, it was a bit stuffy/smoke smell. Hot water, either not marked properly / not working properly due hardly can feel the hot water. Main lobby under renovation, the reception located at temporary station handled customer very well.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. Next time I visit Batam, I'll definitely stay here again; it's close to malls and coffee shops.

Everytime I'm in Batam, I stayed at BCH. Only recently seem the rooms get booked well in advance.

Further improve, and always update all supporting hotel facilities and infrastructure.

I love the surroundings because [it's] ] accessible to nearby market, coffee shops, and massage services. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms need some upgrading and improvement, like toilet showering facilities. The television needs to be replaced.
