Magnifique hôtel au centre-ville de Lyon, au bord ou presque du Rhône, près du pont Lafayette. Petit déjeuner incluant aliments chauds et froids. Personnel très gentil. Stationnement sur rue ou public ridiculement cher (plus de 50 euros par jour) mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel.

The check-in process was easy. The clerk at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My room was not yet ready so she’s stored my luggage safely. When I came back. I went up to my room. The hallway was dirty. The room itself was not the cleanest. It was serviceable. The bed was fine. Sheets were fine. The bathroom was fine. The shower still could be a little bit cleaner. The liquid soap was fine. I had requested an early pick up with a taxi the following morning and the taxi was right on time. I truly appreciate the service at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hotel happy hour also!

We absolutely loved the OKKO! The room is exceptionally clean with no disinfectant or other scent. The snacks and coffee service available were perfect. The breakfast spread rivals a 5 star restaurant. The staff continually goes above and beyond to accommodate!

This hotel was very nice and in a great location. I would not stay here in the middle is summer again though. This is an “eco” friendly hotel but the AC settings are low - high. Even set at “high”, it was so hot and hard to sleep. I would estimate it was keeping the room at 78 degrees. Everything else was nice though. Super nice staff, small gym, water stations on each floor and a great location.
