Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Very convenient location, right in the center, near many restaurants and convenient to travel to other tourist attractions. Cheap price compared to location and room facilities. The room is a bit small but if you just need a place to stay during your days of sightseeing and working in Hue, this is a great choice.

Clean room, ok price, lovely owner, enthusiastic staff, will come back again

"The male employee in the afternoon shift is irresponsible". * I rented a room and stayed on January 15 (ie 24 Tet) to January 16 (ie 25 Tet). The story would be nothing if the staff were more responsible. - I stayed in the room and rented an AB car from the hotel. When I checked out at 12 noon, the female friend (cute young) requested that I keep my ID card so that when I return the car, I will send it back. - When it was time for me to return the car at about 5pm, the female friend was already on shift and the male friend (irresponsible) was working. This friend didn't send me the cmnd when he received the car back and I forgot it too. - When I arrived at the airport at 19:00 at night and remembered that I forgot to get my ID, I called "the first time" to ask a male friend to send the cmnd back to my address. I have read the information for you and you are ok and said will send it immediately. - Until January 19 (ie 28 New Year), I still have not received. And I called "second time", then you said that outside Hue, the delivery time is over, and after Tet, send it back to me soon. And continue to ask for my sent information (the irresponsibility has clearly shown this paragraph). - Until January 30 (ie the 9th of the Lunar New Year), I still did not receive it and continued to call "for the third time", then I met a sister. I also thank the above. And she also said ok and will create a delivery order. - Until February 4, I still had not received and continued to call "for the 4th time", then I met a sister the day before. The older sister said that she created an application, but the delivery time has not come yet, she will call them for a refund. I said that I am in urgent need of it right now, so I asked for help and sent it immediately. - And the next day 05.02, I received the cmnd with the fee "22k". => The irresponsibility of the staff. Agree, I forgot to mention when I returned the car. But the staff's lack of customer support and irresponsibility took almost 20 days and 4 phone calls to get back. Doing service but the staff is like that, how dare customers come back. I will rate 1 star for this very frustrating and annoying incident.

The hotel is okay, clean, friendly staff

The hotel is clean, people are enthusiastic and helpful. However, it is a little noisy there as I can hear clearly sounds from corridor and the other room.
